When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors. Chris gave me the option of how many movers I wanted to use, and suggested what he thought would be the best for my move. I was quoted the job would take about 3 hours. And he was right on the dot. The movers showed up on time and were polite and careful with my belongings. They made sure everything was placed in the correct rooms at the new house. My plan was to use the movers for only the heavier items that I couldn't move myself, couches, beds, etc. But because they were so quick and efficient, I decided to hire them for another hour and go back to get the smaller things as well. Lucky for me, they had the time. My house was moved in about 4 hours. I was really impressed with Chris and the moving team. I would use them again in the future.
