Lumi is my one-stop shop for all beauty spa needs! I've tried almost everything from botox/filler to body contouring and facials. Dr. H and her team are amazing and really work with you to achieve your goals. They take a very minimal approach because, of course, less is more, and they genuinely work with you every step of the way to ensure you're happy with your treatment and results. Also- I can't recommend you sign up for this AMAZING membership enough. It's so worth it. It's also a reminder to take care of yourself every month. I'm alternating between facials and the massage each month, and on top of that, the member prices are unbeatable! Boston quality services without the crazy prices. Today, I wanted to have the same amount of Botox as last time. The person who gave me Botox today was named Figs. She wouldn't listen to me, but she spoke loudly and disrespectfully, and even argued with me. She wanted to give me more Botox. She said she didn't want to give me the same amount of Botox as last time. She told me to go somewhere else...! She kept repeating this even while I was paying at the reception erea, right in front of other customer! I like this place and the other nurses, staff, technicians...they treated me kindly, respectfully, and professionally. But this time I was very disappointed.

The girl clearly had the incorrect setting and burnt my legs severely. When I called the next day, the manager, Lori tried to blame it on me that I'm not as tan in October as I was in August and that's why I was burnt and I should have told the staff. Isn't it her job to ask and take note of my skin tone/pigment? I sent photos to Lori and then she called offering me a free service. I told her I wanted all my money back and never wanted to step foot in that spa ever again and I wanted to know what she was doing to train her staff better so this doesn't happen to someone else. She refused to answer and repeatedly said, "I spoke with her." That's not enough for me and future customers. She then told me I needed to send more photos and she would call me back. I sent more photos and never heard from her. I sent a follow up email expressing how upset I was that she clearly was not taking this seriously. She finally responded and said she was taking it seriously and would get back to me by the end of the day. I asked twice for her directors contact info and of course she did not answer. And now the day is over and I still have not heard from her. Maybe she will respond better to my lawyer.

The representative understood what I was interested in (facial) and booked me. When I arrived the next week (15 minutes early) the receptionist told me "You don't have an appointment." I was completely taken aback, as I had made the appointment with a live person, had a little conversation at the time, and even confirmed the building they're located in. The receptionist did ask if I wanted to book an appointment at a later date, but I didn't, as I didn't have a warm, fuzzy feeling about *this* mistake. As the receptionist was very clear by her manner that this was *my* mistake, not their's, I declined a future appointment. Since there was nothing I could do, I left. I did return a minute later to doublecheck if the time was scheduled on a future day, just to be sure I didn't hold up someone's schedule, but nope, no appointment for me. Which was especially weird when the receptionist said, "I see you in our system, but no appointments are scheduled." Really? And how would I randomly get into your system, if I didn't schedule an appointment? Somewhat disappointing, but I figure everything happens for a reason! Caveat emptor.
