The representative understood what I was interested in (facial) and booked me. When I arrived the next week (15 minutes early) the receptionist told me "You don't have an appointment." The receptionist did ask if I wanted to book an appointment at a later date, but I didn't, as I didn't have a warm, fuzzy feeling about *this* mistake. As the receptionist was very clear by her manner that this was *my* mistake, not their's, I declined a future appointment. Since there was nothing I could do, I left. I did return a minute later to doublecheck if the time was scheduled on a future day, just to be sure I didn't hold up someone's schedule, but nope, no appointment for me. Which was especially weird when the receptionist said, "I see you in our system, but no appointments are scheduled." Really?
