It was as if it was a picture taken from the enchanted garden as you walk directly into the garden…read moreas it was hidden in the woods surrounded by trees and a very nice bog with charming Lilly pads. The price was right and my mom and I really enjoyed it. Nothing but peaceful all around.

Possibly the best prize for labeling as many species as possible. So many gardens do not provide good and legible labels on their plants, trees, bushes, ferns, and flowers. This was joyfully, thoroughly well-labeled. As was the path itself on the loop trail. There is an additional outer trail you could take if you're channeling your inner Thoreau but we stuck with the anti-Frost and took the road more traveled. Stay on the path. Recommendations say you can walk the loop in 30mins. You probably could. But we found plenty to keep us oohing and aahing for 90 mins! Turtles, frogs, dragonflies, butterflies, and some fab funghi in the lily pond. Unique and colorful small flowers every which way. The trail has mostly small inclines here and there, but the hike at the end to return to the visitor center is a bit huffy puffy. While there were beautifully carved benches throughout other parts of the loop, there were no benches on this steepest part and there really should be at least one halfway up the hill. Take your time. Wear proper shoes, bring a water bottle. Small parking lot. Bonus gift shop, plant shop, and proper rest rooms.

First and last time. Don't trust the reviews I made the mistake of coming here with my daughter…read more My thoughts... - overpriced for poor quality conditions - many of the fairways have dirt patches - they jam up the course and a lot of twosomes, even single players walking vs. pairing golfers up - ran out of golf carts

Me and four of my friends went here at 930 on a Saturday morning to play some golf. We got in,…read moretee'd off-no problems. After our initial drives this much older balding gentleman (or man as he was not very gentle) drove by in a small vehicle and told us that we need to split our group because of Covid rules-there could not be a group of five. We understood, said OK, and moved on: One group of three first and then the group of two. (keep in mind there are also two groups in front of us playing). When my friend and I were walking along the fairway to retrieve our balls on the third hole, that older guy drives up to us again and exclaims, " You must be learning how to play golf. We need to be faster and move along." When my friend told him that we had been waiting for the groups in front of us to play their hole, he just waved us off and continued driving his small truck. As we checked in to play the second half of the course, they added two strangers to our group. The strangers were nice and all, but we didn't understand why we couldn't have just played with the original three people that we came with that we knew were clean and Covid free. The group of three in front of us, that we knew, also would have a random a person join their group once for the first half and then again for the second half. The course itself was fine for a nine hole course, but the way that man treated paying customers is really what made me come on here to write this review. He totally ruined a good time. The other staff we came across were pretty nice. I definitely will not be coming here. You've been FOREwarned.

Home away from home !…read more How do you make a choice for your home away from home . What caused us to pick this hotel or others? Mainly the amazing amenities. We booked our hotel on the Expedia website. The hotel images were presented well and organized accordingly. The hotel offers in room dining, free parking, coffee in the morning, a pool, and a gym . The gym is something important to my life and its twenty four hours. They have a pool if you need to have a lap to make your life easier and more comfortable. The check in was simple and easy. The area is so beautiful. We are here all the way from Vegas . You could drop a pin outside and hear it bounce . The staff were very helpful. As we were in town many types of people came and went; this is important because whatever your need the "Hilton," brand is something that you can count on . They are dog friendly and offer great areas to keep the dog occupied for their walk . Now that we have our room key and we are all checked in let's go and check it out . The room is pretty standard for hotels across the Hilton spectrum. The bathroom is clean and all stocked with fresh towels . The beds all made and everything is in its place . It's easy to control the television. We have tons of outlets to plug in our devices . There is a place to make the essence of life, coffee of course. All is in order let's unpack . We have to close this and start the process of the evening to get ready for the next day. Time to go exploring and use the gym, run that bath, and get all cozy. Mr. Sandman here I come zz

The second day, I saw a bug on the bed. I moved it from the bed to the floor. I took a photograph of it as well. It as absolutely disgusting. Also there was another insect that was buzzing behind the curtain. Overall, the stay was below standard, and this is not Hilton! I felt like I was in a third world country's hotel. The Manager is doing a very poor job at this Hotel and should be removed. I also reported it to the client I was visiting across the parking lot which does a lot of events at this hotel. They have indicated that they will remove this hotel from their preferred list. Overall in short summary a dirty filthy poorly maintained hotel managed by an incompetent person. This was not Hilton, but a dirty filthy hotel in some filthy country of Asia.
