We used to go for the all-you-can-eat fish fry and ribs. It was fantastic. I don't think they do it anymore, though.

You can come in for sushi, Pad Thai, hibachi, or something completely different and everyone at the table can find something they want. The Pad Thai is excellent, and I really appreciate that you can adjust the spice level on it and most of the hotter dishes. You can actually get some heat if that's what you like instead of everything being toned down. The staff has always been friendly and attentive every time I've been in. The bar is another big plus. It's a full bar, the bartenders know what they're doing, and the drinks are every bit as good as the food. The atmosphere works whether you're stopping in for dinner or want to sit at the bar and have a couple drinks. Great downtown location, huge selection, great food, and consistently good service. Definitely one of my favorites in South Bend and an easy five stars.

I liked the ubi dessert, though I don't think that was cheesecake lol. All in all a good experience and heading back. Not sure how to rate the Ambiance, it was okay, place was much too big with a bunch of tables. Felt like there was a lot they could do with it. but Not quite sure what the ambiance was supposed to be.

The breakfast was pretty good, and I loved having the windows opened with a breeze. We would've been sharing a bathroom with another room if the room had been booked, so that's something to consider. But we had the whole place to ourselves since we booked on a Sunday night. I loved the location! So close to whatever you may need, but it feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. They also have a cute pup. Loved it! Last comment that I'll add--I saw someone review that this place smells like cigarette smoke. It didn't at all. I'm actually highly sensitive to cigarette smoke, often having allergic reactions. I didn't react at all!

However, we stayed in the Cambridge Cottage during the cold month of January. There isn't a furnace, only a wall unit space heater. (And there was a window air conditioner.) The ceiling had leaks, the walls were dripping and the windows were rotting. Lots of TLC needed in there! We chose the Cottage for privacy, but definitely should have stayed in the main house. We contacted the phone number given to us about the heat issue, but our voice mail was never returned...still to this day. Thank goodness that there were extra blankets in the drawer, because we used 3 down blankets that evening to stay warm. Could not use the shower, since it was so cold in the Cottage. The bedroom was in the upstairs loft, there was a kitchenette with a microwave and small refrigerator. Regular bathtub with shower. No fireplace. The entryway blinds were broken, they would not slide shut. Stay in the Main House, if you don't mind sharing a bathroom!

Go there once and you'll make a Sunday ritual for the boys and the girlies especially during football season . Afterwards, enjoy a nice cigar from next door. Service: The service is amazing! I've been a patron for over 15 years. Even after relocating to Virginia, returning to Chicago twice a year, I dine here at least twice per visit and bring my husband's favorite back each time. Everyone is always smiling, very knowledgeable of the menu and the "Master Bartenders" make the best cocktails. They are extremely knowledgeable of their extensive bourbon collection. Honestly, one would assumed they worked for a distillery. Its so great to see staff help and support one another. In addition, they immediately acknowledge customers when come into the restaurant. They make me and my bestie feel right at home. Ambiance: The Ambiance is inviting, comfortable, and more importantly, you'll feel right at home. The summer outdoor seating makes you feel like you're at the best backyard BBQ you'll never want to end. It's important to recognize a good business who deserves to be in business. I can't wait to return for some good ole lip smacking BBQ

They were so kind and always happy to help! Management is on top of communications and attentive to any concerns or feedback. They would also plan some nice events and occasionally provide food to residents, e.g. bagels, cookies, sandwiches, beverages, etc. The location was ideal - close to the park and walking distance to the loop and other neighborhoods. The 1BR floor plans are spacious with quality appliances and nice finishes. We barely had maintenance issues but when we did, they were resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are great as well! Amenities may be more limited than other luxury buildings, but it was more than enough for me. I took advantage of the peloton bikes at the gym (there are two) and the first floor lounge for WFH and free coffee/tea. My only complaint is related to the elevators. There are two elevators that service 21 floors and one would be out of service for a long time. We actually moved from the 18th floor to the 5th floor just because of this. The 5th floor units were amazing because of the large terraces.
