She was responsive, understanding, and flexible throughout the booking process that we truly appreciated. As we got closer to the wedding, Ralph became our main point of contact and he was our Maitre'D. He was incredibly communicative, practical, and reassuring. He helped us work through the last-minute changes and was always focused on finding a solution. We originally chose Whitby Castle because having an outdoor ceremony on the grounds was part of our dream. Unfortunately, due to an intense heatwave, we moved the ceremony indoors at the last minute. I was nervous that it would not have the same feeling, but the space felt elegant, intimate, and beautiful, and our photographs still captured everything we loved. There were a few hiccups throughout the day as well, but the venue including Ralph and Rosa (bridal attendant) remained accommodating and worked well with every one of our vendors to keep things moving. They took care of us that day in moments where no one else was paying attention, and we are eternally thankful to them for that. Whitby Castle is a stunning venue, but also one with a team that genuinely tries to support its couples. We are very grateful to Niki, Ralph, Rosa, and the entire Whitby Castle team for helping bring our wedding together.

From start to finish everything went smoothly thanks to the amazing team especially Te'Niijah and A'tasia. The space itself was beautiful modern and spacious with a great layout that worked perfectly for our event. One of the things we really appreciated was that they provided tables and chairs which made planning so much easier. It's a great setup and the venue is very well maintained. Te'Niijah and A'tasia were an absolute dream to work with. They were professional friendly and always accessible whenever we had questions. They offered helpful recommendations and made us feel supported throughout the planning process. You can tell they genuinely care about making your event special and stress free. On the day of the shower everything went off without a hitch. We were able to enjoy ourselves and be present with our guests while knowing that everything behind the scenes was being handled. We're already looking forward to rebooking The Loft Montclair for future events. Huge thanks and major kudos to Te'Niijah and A'tasia for their incredible work collaborating with us, and our vendors. This is now Marcade's only location after the closing of the Dover location in June 2025. They offer various pricing options including an all-day pass. In the center are most of the arcade cabinets, with many being from the 1980's-2000's. The pinball selection are mostly older machines from the 1980's-1990's. Modern options include recent gaming consoles attached to big screen TV's that line the side of the arcade. Air hockey is located in the back and they even have a few Skee-Ball machines. Most of the arcade machines were in good working order, and I enjoyed both Rampage World Tour and Spy Hunter. Party space is also available. Overall, Marcade is worth a stop and is a solid retro arcade.
