It was clean, washers worked; I didn't need to use the change machine but it appeared to be in working order as others used it. Hopefully I won't need to go again soon (but you can do three loads of wash at a time, so that's a time saver!)

The four gentlemen were courteous, of good humour and hard working. They moved the very heavy safes with no problems. Pricing is on par with other heavy item movers. I have used "bargain" heavy movers before and you get what you pay for. I would use AMS again with no hesitation. I guess the only downside was all the paperwork. But such is the world now days.

I should have paid attention to the other very poor reviews, but I was in a hurry. Now, I'm out of $4,700 and still have to book someone to move two beds, a frig and freezer. My review was long because it was a very expensive mistake that I don't want anyone else to make. The only bright spot was that the young men were courteous. Very slow, inexperienced but courteous. I am filing complaints with the BBB, with the state AG( for directly misrepresenting services offered and will run this by an Atty to see if it's worth my time and effort to try and recoup dome of my money. To spend nearly $5000 and not get the two main things done that were specifically requested and demands a response.
