I gave it to…read moreLaWanda. it had an authorized Fed Ex label on it . that was 6/6/26. it was a Saturday afternoon sometime around 3 pm. it had a $650 dress to be returned to the manufacturer. I didn't get a receipt. Obviously, LaWanda never scanned the package. She took it and put it aside. By Monday 6/8/26 the manufacturer knew since he owns the Fed Ex account that the package had not been scanned. He had initiated the label so he could see it was not logged into a track number which was in delivery. I went to Siegen Lane 6/9/26 and spoke to La Wanda. She would not reply to why the package had never been scanned. She said aNew driver had picked it up. She called " over there". wherever that is and inquired. She told me to keep calling back. Then, I spoke to the manager ,Susan many times over the next week. I met her. She claimed she went thru all of the store videos for 6/5/26and 6/6/26 and I was not on them. I finally gave up. On 6/ 20/26, 12 days later, the box with the dress was delivered to my home by a driver from Express.com. Inside the box was the expensive dress, and orginal shipping label and a letter from a company, Express.com stating that the packGe could not be delivered. Unless you are a fool, DO NOT USE SIEGAN LANE FEDEX. I am fortunate My prayers were heard and answered. . I am warning others.

If you need larger and more complex print jobs done, email them what you need done and the timeline you need it in and they will get it done for you. I didn't discover this location until recently, but they have always been there when I needed them. The parking lot is small, so you may have to fight for a spot depending on the busyness of the other establishments. Shipping packages? They can take care of that for you, too! So, remember: print jobs large and small, easy or complex, come here to professional service and high-quality products. Trouble finding them? They are in a small plaza next to the Chick-Fil-A on Siegen Lane.

I was up against a deadline and emailed him two files way past what a reasonable deadline would be. When I stopped by the next day to check progress, I discovered I had sent the files to the wrong address! I quickly resent them and one was incorrectly formatted. My hair was on fire, but they didn't break a sweat. Scott reformatted them, did a beautiful job and had the push cards ready within hours. So now we have a new printer! While I was in line, I had an employee ask what services I needed to make sure I was standing in the correct line, which I appreciate. Apparently, if you have an Amazon return, that is a different process in a different line in the store. When I got up to the counter, the employee was very nice and helpful. My service was quick and pleasant, and my friend got her package before the intended arrival date. Very happy with the price and customer service of this UPS store.

I will never send packages there again.

I ordered a wedding invitation suite from American Printing, and the issues started immediately…read more They quoted (and charged) me for Carlson Craft thermography printed Save The Dates. When my Save the Dates arrived, they were covered in ink smears, and the ink color varied from light gray to black. When I brought them back to American Printing, they inadvertently told me that they were doing the invitations in-house, not having them printed by Carlson Craft (like I paid for). They lied to me about the product I was purchasing and did a terrible job on the invitations. I feel that they were intentionally deceptive to make more money on my Save The Dates. Then we moved on to the invitation suite. I would receive proofs, provide my comments, and American Printing would send me a "new" proof that did not address my comments. They neglected to address the comments I made on my invitations constantly. I started to realize that they were sending me the same proofs over and over, completely wasting my time. I eventually went in person to discuss each comment, one by one, to make sure it was clear. Comments STILL not addressed. At the very end, I had ONE comment on a proof, and American Printing sent me the "new" proof without the change I requested. It ultimately took me 2 months and 8 revisions to get the invitations ordered. Mind you, these comments were things like "the date is incorrect" or "the invitation is horizontal, but we discussed a vertical invitation." Very simple things to change. I did not redo the invitation during this process, I just requested that my information be correct. You will not get the customer service you expect working with a small, local company if you hire American Printing.

The staff there is very helpful, their prices are reasonable, and they are a drop off location for Federal Express, and I think some other carriers as well.

Efficient, On time Delivery and Proficient Email, and Text alert System My recent past experience with UPS has been a good one. Their sign-ups and delivery of alerts, and text messages keep you well informed, and they are accurate. Packages are delivered when promised based on their alert system you receive by email or text message. The only negative thing is that it has been my experience that you do not have to sign for most deliveries, and they are frequently just left on your porch, regardless of the weather. This UPS Store is under new ownership and it seems as if they are operating on all cylinders. The store seems cleaner and the staff are more helpful than ever before.
