This store is ridiculous!! they charged 35.00 for a box!! A cardboard box for 35.00!!! I sent my daughter and I told her "you might need to get a box". I am thinking 2.50, right? It's a fricken cardboard box! She called and told me she paid 35.00. The flip out ensued. Stay away from this store unless you already have your box. read more

Warning you now, DONT DO ANY SERVICE/SHIP HERE!!! This UPS store & their main head quarters company is the worst! I would never recommend a friend/family to come here to do any services. I shipped a huge brown box with car parts (estimated worth value $4,000) package out on June 27. I paid extra for the packaging services at this store. Receiver was scheduled to receive packer on July 14. Receiver contacted me that it was never received. Came to the store, the white young lady that's supposedly the manager explained to me that there is nothing they can do, but you can take it up with Ups main office. The only thing they can tell me that it was shipped out (the day I brought the package and it's tracking number). We'll I had both those informations already, but how is it that y'all can pack it up, ship it out, but can't do anything about it? This is not a reliable store/service after all. Tried taking it up with UPS main office about the claim. I've spoke with estimated 23 ups reps, seems like no one wants to resolve this case, I keep getting transferred to the next person and next person since July, but still no resolution. Therefore, my package sent is lost and ups does not want to refund the package. I went to the UPS store in Baton located on Siegen Lane. What a pathetic and useless man waited on me. I needed to get something notarized and he was getting packages ready for shipping. That fat greasy blob said that he was just to busy to notarize any papers. Needless to say there were 2 other workers in the building. His additude was HORRIBLE! I found another UPS store that had a notary, drove there. They were also hustling around with getting packages to send out but miraculously they notarized my papers and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes. That man was useless and was a total A-hole to me. NEVER, NEVER will I go back to the UPS on Siegan Lane. that SOB needs another job that doesn't work with people! WHAT A JERK! read more

I love my UPS store on Jefferson Hwy! Greg & the rest of the staff are always so helpful with whatever I need to do for my businesses, my sorority or any personal packaging or printing projects I may have. They have a quick turnaround & everything always looks great! They bring the heavy packages straight to my car. Additionally, everyone is nice, always in great spirits & have great conversation. The driver was at our door as we were backing our car out of the garage. When he saw us he went back to the door to retrieve the package and brought it to us in the car. He didn't have to do that. Great service. read more

"Shipping, printing and so much more". I went in to the UPS Store to get some documents printed from my flash drive. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Emily. She was very sweet and eager to help me with my printing request. I handed her my flash drive and she was got my documents printed within seconds, so I was out of there within 5 minutes. The parking is plentiful and if you have a larger print job that will take some time, you can go to one of the surrounding eateries for a bite. For 2 printed documents (in black & white), I paid 20 cents and it was all done with ease. Thank you Emily for being pleasant and providing excellent customer service. read more

Their prices are competitive, and they have always come through for us when we need something done on short notice. Their staff is friendly and great at solving problems for us. My experience has not been positive here. Employees are generally not efficient or knowledgeable. Customer service is not a priority.

I came in with a sales binder that was costing me over $25 a piece. Greg and Frank helped me customize a new booklet which was much better looking than my original and got my price per booklet down to $7 a piece. They even stayed late to print the 30 booklets that I needed for my event the next day. read more

On Sept 18 UPS delivered a small package to me at Tapestry Bocage Apartments after 6pm knowing our front office was closed ( as they deliver multiple packages everyday to this location). The delivery person didn't ring our apt so that I could come down and pick it up. The package was returned to the store which called me the next morning to come and pick it up. I'm confined to a wheelchair and can't drive, which I explained to caller, but he refused to have it redelivered. The store is 3.9 miles away thus making it impossible for me to get there. I have lived in 3 states in the past 4 yrs and the UPS service is worst here. I would rate it below 1 star if possible. I am sending same message to Amazon requesting my future packages be sent by alternate carriers. read more

I use UPS store mostly for returning home shopping items from various online retailers. As long as your packages are boxed properly and pre-taped (if you do not provide your own tape, be prepared to pay a $1 tape fee) you will have no problem. Have your return label handy and you'll be in and out quickly! My packages have never been lost. read more

We use the UPS store on occasion and have always been very satisfied with their service. If you have something to ship that requires being put in a box, you should furnish your own box if you can. Their box prices can be pretty pricey. read more

I recently ordered a package of live fish and when I was going outside to get it from the idiot he threw it on the concrete and the package said fragile on top of the package but he threw it. I could of had a ten thousand dollar fish in it and it clearly said fragile on top but he threw it and one of my fish died. I believe it was because of him because I could tell it just recently died. im very pissed off I wish I could choose who delivers it but I can't. I don't think he should work for ups if he's gonna treat packages like that said fragile or any package know matter what he shouldn't treat them badly. He needs to learn how to do his job better or quit. read more

Customer service is usually good. With that said, on 3 different occasions I was told my package was not there even after receiving the email delivery notification from UPS that it was delivered to this location. Today it took 20 minutes to find my package after being told it was not there and having the employee call UPS to verify it was actually delivered to this location. If you use this store, be persistent in stating that your package was delivered and have tracking numbers and documentation. Be prepared to wait. read more

Over the course of the past six months or so, I have had an exuberant amount of print jobs and designs that needed doing. Banners. Invitations. Bound Documents. Even plastic stickers. All of these I have been able to not only get printed, but also professionally designed, at the UPS Store. Their entire team has always been incredibly courteous and helpful. Special shout out to Kristin, their print manager and in house graphic designer. She was a life saver for a last minute banner design that turned out incredibly. There's a lot of print store options in the Baton Rouge area. But the UPS Store has earned my business for the foreseeable future. read more
