Over a week ago I got a email saying that the repair has been assigned to haverty's once the quality control assurance has been approved. I don't know what this means. Said 5 to 7 days. It's been beyond that and still no response. I just called again. They are going to try to expedite it again. I love my pieces that I bought from them but will never buy from them again especially considering no one. Let me know that they weren't using the company I bought a $500 policy for.

Long story, short my grandpa was being moved to a new room at the assisted living center nearby and needed to downsize his bed. After searching for several hours, sending out several emails, and making several phone calls explaining the situation I only received one call-back. That call-back was from Henry with "BMC Mattress" . Henry went out of his way to help me - he gave me every discount he could find, he ensured that the bed would be delivered that evening, he delivered the bed with his own vehicle, and even offered to put the bed frame together himself! After Henry moved everything into the room for me I got the opportunity to speak with Henry for a few moments and he mentioned that they are new in the area.
