The manufacturer is difficult to reach, they do not return phone calls, they do not return emails timely. My issue has been going on for years because I get so frustrated and walk away because I'm tired of calling and leaving a message after a message and not getting a return phone call. Over the years, I've reached out directly to Havertys and gotten absolutely NO help from them. The adjustable bed was around $2000. The warranty was absolutely awful, I still had to pay $250 to get the piece sent to me. I've been waiting for more than one and a half years to get a technician to my home to fix the bed. I finally spoke with the manager at Havertys today, her name is Amy B. I am incredibly frustrated as you can imagine. Amy was little to no help, as she is offended at how frustrated I am. Then she had the audacity to tell me I purchased my bedframe online! I 100% absolutely did not purchase this bedframe online. I was in their store when I purchased the bedframe. If one of their people ordered it online and had it delivered to me that is how she runs the business, not how I purchased the bedframe. I found her tone to be insulting, rude and unprofessional. I used to love Havertys, however, after getting no support from them in years, I will never ever purchase anything from Havertys again. I receive much better customer service through Wayfair! Which is a totally online furniture store that I have ordered through before and again their customer service was fantastic! I say do not shop at Havertys, the customer service is terrible, do not waste your money here.

I had the good fortune to get to deal with Mark Thomas again. Mark is great to work with, very personable and just a great everyday guy. I decided to change my choice and go with a less firm mattress, and I`m glad I went back, I needed to get this right. Mark was great and Longs Mattress seems to be a great locally owned place to do business with. I am very pleased with them so far. It`s nice to have a local place to buy from, and they even make their own mattresses, and I think that`s a great situation too.

At least three different sets of customers that arrived after I did were assisted and I was repeatedly passed over. The first I kind of let go as maybe they lost track. But at some point it was obvious I was being ignored. I left and they lost a purchase today.

They are so hard it's like sitting on bricks. The sofa comes with a 3 year warranty so we asked to exchange them for the down wrapped cushions but they wouldn't let us pay the difference to swap up. So much for their satisfaction guarantee! My husband says it's the biggest mistake we've ever made and it's the hardest sofa he's ever sat on. Well their goes $5000!This was a very expensive venture. We are NOT happy, to say the least. Now we're trying to reconfigure it to be a little deeper and find out we need to purchase a narrower back and smaller cushions. Ugh! We would love to speak with a willing manager who wants to make this right. You know what they say, an unhappy customer tells a hundred people!

I clearly stated I do not want the floor model but 100% convinced that's what they tried delivering. I have no proof but it was dirty in common wear places. A reddish stain of some sort and that was only the 2nd piece of the sectional they unloaded. I was told the one I would receive is in the back, I asked to look at it and was told it was boxed up. My question is, if it's boxed up, why wouldn't you leave it that way to protect it for stains, dirt and ripe etc. Well, because they try selling me used furniture. I wish I was thinking at the time and took pictures. I did not have to ask for a refund they offered it right up. Then gave us a credit promptly. However, they did try to make me feel guilty because they held the furniture for about 6 weeks, until our home was completed. My reply to it was you knew that right up front and didn't have store it. They could of just sorry, we not able to do that. New house, no furniture. :-(

We ordered six dining room chairs in early March 2021 because we wanted some lumbar support for our starting-to-age backs. (Its amazing how comfortable their slanted-angle backs make their chairs!) But probably due to the pandemic, Jake Wilson warned us it would take several months to have the chairs built and delivered. When we called them later around mid May to ask about the order's progress, they told us it would still be several more weeks, but that they would loan us some similar chairs they had in stock until our custom chairs came in. Wow- we were very impressed with this kind offer! They delivered the six loaner chairs to us a few days later. And we couldn't be happier with our final chair delivery in early August. The chairs are SO comfortable, and they are attractive and strong as well. While at first glance Wilson's might seem a bit expensive, once we compared the actual same quality to several other stores, we found it to be the same price. We are in our late 50's and were looking for quality furniture, not cheapo stuff. All in all, we are thrilled with our Wilson Furniture experience! Incidentally, we are not related or personal friends with anyone at this company, as I suspect sometimes happens on review sites. We bought a heavily discounted refrigerator online that was listed as "open-box, like new". Pictures online looked fine, so we bought it and also paid additional for delivery. Their delivery window is ALL day, so be ready for that... I took off work on the scheduled deliver day, and after waiting the entire day, got a call at 5:30 PM that the delivery was delayed and would not be delivered until the next day. SO, the next day I work from home and got an email with a link confirming the delivery was set and it provided updates on status. The expected delivery updated throughout the day from 2:15 at first to 3 to 4 to 5 to 6----Drivers finally show up after 7:00PM. The refrigerator was on the truck, and inspection revealed significant dings on virtually every panel and big scrapes down both sides. The drivers didn't even have a dolly---NOTHING to unload/move the refrigerator. It didn't matter, I refused the delivery. WARNING TO BUYER: ONLY buy if you can inspect the unit and pick it up that day!
