First, they ask all the questions to assess whether you are a good surgery candidate or a risky one, before even being seen by a nurse. No thanks. I clearly stated I did not want pain meds or injections. Since I wasn't a surgery candidate, I clearly fell into the pain-med-referral category for them. After declining being injected with anything, they still recommended I see the pain med specialist. No thanks. Finally, I asked whether there was anything wrong with my back. Nope, turns out everything looked good on x ray and mri. Good deal! Good bye. Pleasant staff, pleasant nurse. Helpful intake and inprocessing. Everything else is what's wrong with health care in America.

My knee was swollen and he performed lymphatic massage to help get some of the fluid on my knee down. He told me my pain would increase if fluid builds up in my knee and if the pain became unbearable, the next step would be to have the fluid removed. Scott is very knowledgeable and we discussed CBD oils and creams that may help with pain. My only complaint about TOC is the parking there is difficult. When the business was established years ago, there was no crystal ball to determine the population growth would be what it has been here in Huntsville. They need double the occupancy they have or at least 3 additional floors for parking.

The care I have received here from the medical and therapeutic staff has been above board. The therapists have been great. They are pleasant, supportive, and knowledgeable. I am in much better shape as far as mobility, stamina, and balance are concerned than I was when I arrived. The medical staff has addressed all of my issues promptly and positively. The doctors are out on the floor during therapy sessions and interact with the patients daily. The nutritionists come by daily and provide a menu of things you like.
