They did a great job, at a reasonable price. If you need mud jacking this guy is a great choice.

Abdul and John did great work, and the project was completed quickly and professionally. Excellent. Grant gave a great estimate, and understood the necessary repairs. What a well run and efficient company!! Highly recommended.

I would not recommend Liftech based on my experience. The biggest concerns were the lack of proper…read moresubgrade preparation, the lack of transparency, and the difficulty getting clear, consistent answers throughout the process. I specifically chose and paid extra for high early cement because my goal was to regain access to my garage parking as soon as possible. I expected clear guidance on the product's performance and realistic timelines. Instead, I received conflicting information ranging from not being able to walk on the concrete for 48 hours to not being able to park on it for anywhere from 2-10 days. When I asked for clarification, the responses were vague. Liftech's production manager stated, "There are no specific specs for high early since it is mixed with concrete at the plant," and also said, "There is varying information because no concrete is created equally." I would expect concrete professionals and concrete plants to have more consistent information regarding the product being installed. Another major concern was the subgrade preparation. Liftech subcontracted the concrete work, and when the crew arrived, they did not even have a compactor onsite. I asked the workers if they planned to compact the subgrade, and based on their responses and actions, it did not appear that proper compaction was part of their plan until I contacted their Project Manager and requested that a compactor be brought to the site. A video documenting the work can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/YBubb-Wx-ac. In the video, it appears that only about 50% of the area was properly compacted, with some areas not compacted at all. The subbase also does not appear to have been watered down as part of the preparation process. The video speaks for itself regarding the preparation that was completed before the concrete was poured. For a project of this size and cost, I expected better communication, transparency, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning both the workmanship and the information provided throughout the process.

I'm leaving this review on multiple sites, because these guys deserve your attention. Overall, my experience with Rich and Poly Lift Colorado was (1) great communication, (2) reasonable and competitive pricing (3) clear explanations of their methods, (4) what results we could expect, and (5) what could -- albeit very unlikely -- go wrong. Day of, the team took great care to avoid sprinkler heads that were within an inch or two of the lifted slab and removed all overflow foam very quickly. Best of all, the port holes are essentially invisible. After some weathering, I'm not sure I'll be able to find them at all. This was a very, very, easy process. Highly recommended.

Integrity: Rich was very upfront about what he could do and didn't overpromise, under deliver. He was certain that a certain slab would be pinched and still did his best to lift it because other companies said they could, but stopped when it compromised any damage to the concrete slab. You can trust him to do his best and take care of your home. Communication: He was timely in getting my quote, scheduling, and finishing the job in the agreed time. He shared all the details of the job and what to expect, as well as guided me along the process to assure me. This showed me he is honest and direct. Great value: He had the best price and shared how his pricing model worked so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I didn't get overcharged for unnecessary or extra work. I'm very happy with Polylift and know you would be too if you hire them.

This is an old brick house and the footings are several widths of brick laid directly on the soil, not concrete. The reinforcement is to pour some concrete walls under the footings to support them and to stabilize the soil walls of the tunnels. They also poured concrete to stabilize another area where soil had been eroding under the footing. We also had them remove an unused brick planter next to the wall. The estimator, Lance Heimes, did a very thorough study of the area and then carefully described to us the recommended work. Because of his attention to detail and good explanations I had a lot of confidence in his recommendations. The work went smoothly and looks good upon completion. The weak point with this company was communication. I had to call them up to find out when the work was scheduled, and even then we were never sure when the workers would show up. They also sent me the final invoice for the work when the work was only about half-done, rather than upon "substantial completion" as provided in the contract. They did finish the work a day or two later, so it worked out OK, although for a while I was worried that they had forgotten to finish the work.
