I went in for a pedicure and asked if they could also do a manicure on my short natural nails. I'm a nurse and we can't wear nails, gel, or SNS. The tech cleaned up my dry, cracked cuticles and actually made my hands look feminine again. My pedicure was exceptional. The leg and foot massage was relaxing and my toes came out perfect. Ive been here a few times and im not impressed. Everytime i go within a week one of my nails fall off and then they charge me $5 for each nail to get fixed after spending $50 dollars on gel. You can go across the street & get it way cheaper and a better job! Two of mine fell off earlier this week, i went and got them fixed, and then last night another one fell off. Im over this place. This company gets busy and can't keep up and thus takes shortcuts that show. Upon 2 different occasions I've had my nails done. Full set and just a mani. Both times i was disappointed in the finishing product as both times shortcuts were taken and it showed in finished nails. Mani nails still had dirt under nails. Cuticles on full as well as just mani were not properly pushed back and trimmed up so when finished....it didn't look professionally done. Pedi are the same. The shortcuts to save time and take more clients isnt worth not getting what you pay for. read more

These people do a decent job but did not put a clear base coat on when doing an SNS and makes removal a dremel nightmare. INSIST on the clear base coat or ruin your nails. Oh and nicking your fingers with that dremel is not something any nail tech should laugh at, not funny. read more

Sat patiently waiting to have my 3 year olds toenails painted and multiple people were pushed ahead of us and after 2 hours waiting while my mom got her fingers and toes done, a little girl and her mother walked in and asked to have the girls nails painted, and she instantly was sat down and started on! Visit was 6/22. I am new to the area and desperately needed a fill. Based on the yelp review I made an appointment. Their selection of"gel polish" most of it is not in gel polish jars do I am assuming they dilute it down and pour it in other polish jars. The technician was over 10 minutes late because she took a walk in prior to my scheduled appointment. I wasn't in a rush and figured I'd wait. When the technician finally got to me, she was a constant motor mouth. I swear she barely took breaths between all of her incessant mindless chatter. She never asked how I wanted my nails shaped, she cut them down without asking, then filled them down flat against my natural nail so they had no shape and kept telling me they needed to be more natural. And she kept saying I needed spend extra money and have her remove all of acrylic so she could start over. I said no. The final product: acrylic was lumpy, my nails uneven and after one week they started chipping (I've never had my nails chip from the sides and cuticle area) overall poor work and I could deal with less noise. Maybe if she spent more time paying attention to her job her work would not be so bad. I'm never coming here again! Continuing my search for a good nail salon.... read more

By far worst manicure I have ever received at a nail salon. They were too focused on getting me in and out quickly and not focused enough on my nails. I got a full SNS manicure and eyebrow wax. The tech who helped me kept pushing gel. I advised her I did not want it and I wanted the SNS polish only. At the end of my manicure she applied a top coat of Gel and put it under the UV light to dry. Wasn't the whole point of a SNS manicure to be chemical free AND UV light free? My fingers were already under the light before I realized what had happened. It has been four days since my manicure and the top coat is coming off and the corner of the polish has chipped off. I am very dissatisfied with the services. I work an office job and haven't had the time to do any activities outside of work due to my work schedule. So I am not rough on my nails at all. Usually normal polish is takes a few weeks to chip with my nails. I also got an eyebrow wax and everything seemed to be ok until I got home. Upon closer review of my face, she didn't wax any of the hairs on the further ends of my eyebrows. Just in between the eyes was done. This is one place I know I for sure won't be visiting again. read more
