Do NOT go to this nail salon. They know absolutely nothing about nail art and have terrible customer service. I asked for dip nails, and they were done completely bumpy and uneven. When I went back the next day to get them fixed, they had the audacity to ask me for $20 to correct their own mistake. Already frustrated, I just asked them to remove it, and then they charged me $15 for that! Their work doesnt even resemble the reference pic i showed them. This is a waste of my time . To make matters worse, they damaged my cuticle in the process, and the person who did the dip nails was extremely rude and unprofessional. This place is a waste of time and money. I just left here in tears after they cut my toe open during a pedicure. I was clearly bleeding and there was blood dripping down my foot and the guy kept cutting into the nail where it was bleeding then putting alcohol on it. I then told him to stop and I wanted to leave and the staff kept trying to give me dirty towels to stop the bleeding. I've never been here before and you couldn't PAY ME to return. read more

So yes, these ladies did beautiful work on our nails, no doubt about it. BUT that's not why I'm leaving this review. They were so sweet to us, but particularly my mom, who doesn't get to do stuff like this hardly ever. We were visiting from out of state for my wedding at Lake Lanier and my nails and my toes are just gorgeous. But I'm more so just insanely impressed by how amazingly sweet they were. Highly recommend this salon and will 100% come back!!!! read more

Had a spa pedicure today and didn't even receive a massage!!! Asked why I didn't receive one and was told the focus was callus removal. Did not receive any lotion. I typically receive both with traditional spa pedicure. Massage is my favorite part, main reason to go. Just looked at my receipt and was charged $50!!! I'm pretty upset. My nails look great but did not get the full treatment usually receive and this is after 40 minute wait. read more

Their work deserves 5 stars but the only reason I did 3 is because they take a VERY long time. When I get just a pedicure it's usually about an hour and a half and when I do a fill and pedi it's easily 2 hours. They are extremely nice and do fantastic work but Lordy almighty you will be there for a while! read more

Exorbitantly priced for just SNS manicure. Plus they add extra for credit cards, on top of it no indication that it's a different pricing for cash versus card. I was charged $41.50 plus tip for just manicure which is definitely ridiculous. Please avoid this place. read more

Never go to this place. They were rude and unwelcoming. Racist people!! I asked for difference between gel paint with acrylic and sns and how much would it cost. Multiple employees addressed multiple different customers by first name, which goes to show how friendly & caring they are. There was a bit of a wait (which was expected on a Friday) and a pedicure was a tad more expensive here than some other salons nearby, but the service was excellent. read more

Asked for a polish change and came out with SNS!! Did not ask for this or want this! I asked for Essie polish. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. It looked fine, but that was not what I asked for!! I don't like not being listened to. It took forever, over an hour!!! All I wanted was a polish change. I've been here a few times never really gotten Amazing Nails but been pretty good for the most part today I went in and brought my daughter and two sisters and their nails came out perfectly fine but the lady that I had my nails came out literally looking like trash I mean every one of my nails is a different shape their bubbly there just crap and I am so Furious I paid but I will never go back to that Salon again and the lady was so extra about me calling her out about my nails being crooked I mean it was not just a slight angle it was legit like a handicap ramp on my hand and now I'm going home and going to be fixing my nails myself. Absolutely LOVE this nail place. They are good at what they do. They may not be the most talkative but I don't go get a manicure to chat. HGTV plays on the TV, thanks to the mirrors you can see it from anywhere, and they have bottled water for their guests. What hands down makes this the best manicure place in the area is their Gel manicures. HUGE color selection, and if your struggling to find the perfect color just ask for Sandy, that girl knows her colors and has never steered me wrong. I always request Sandy. so for Gel, in the past I have gone every where and even used the at home OPI kit and nothing sticks to my nails, it usually peels off in one solid piece within 2 days of the manicure. I have tried extra buffing, nail dehydrators, different brands of gel polish and nothing worked. Whatever they do at Kelly Nails, it works. My gel manicure stays without lifting for at least 2 weeks. I can't recommend this place enough, there is a reason why its always jam packed. I would recommend making an appointment but walking in has always worked as well. Ask for Sandy! PS - Pedicures are phenomenal too. i have the worst calluses on my heels and they go to town on them until they are gone. I've been going for a year and have never really been a repeat customer anywhere else. I will now only go to Kellys. read more

This is the worst nail place I have ever visited. These girls obviously figure they're next to Publix and are gauranteed business because the customer service is horrible. I went 5 years ago and had a similar experience, but decided to try them again. 1. The women wouldn't even look at me as I came in. They cut me off as I asked for a manicure/pedicure and told me to pick a color, again not looking up. 2. The pedicure and manicure were basic, like any other I've gotten. But when the girl painted my nails, she did it so quickly you could clearly see the two layers where they separated. What was worse she painted my nailbeds/skin. It was clearly horrible. I just looked at her like....seriously. She didn't give me a chance to complain because she promptly walked away after she was done. 3. After finishing my toes the second girl walked to another chair without a word to me and played with her phone. There was no "let this dry for a while" or anything. 4. Finally after sitting there stunned for a couple of minutes I knew I had to get the heck out of there. I interrupted the girl from her text or whatever to ask to pay. Ofcourse then as it was time to decide the tip she was bubbly and happy. She wasn't happy after she saw what I left her. I drove to another nail place down the street where they took the polish off my nails and repainted them because they stated "it looks like a 5 year old painted your nails." Will not be visiting again. read more
