The seating piece is a wooden round-back bucket style with (bent wood) as the material with vinyl seats. Wood on 1 back started to split so we contacted their Customer Service representative, Cassie. She sent an immediate email requesting a few pics and info regarding the damaged unit. Next day was tracking info for replacement (3-5 business days) and apologies for inconvenience of damaged unit. Received and replaced bucket seat in 5 minutes. No muss and no fuss. Great company to work with.
