Since I am their I threw away my empty protein carton. The same employee stopped what she was doing darted right to the trash can and shaking it/moving it around then slamming trash can on the floor. Price was just OK about average with other competitors. The sleeper sofa I purchased for the second bedroom was not very comfortable so I had it re-done. The delivery people were rude and unprofessional. Did not bring shoe covers for my new carpet, yelling down the hallway, and then broke a sign over the front door of the building because they were impatient and careless on leaving. I called the store to speak with Mark and he never returned my call. A few weeks later, I went into the store to see him and he looked at me and ignored me. I had actually gone in there to order furniture for the living and dining rooms, but I decided to drop $12G elsewhere. I also wanted to mention that I spent money and time to have the sign they damaged repaired, but the delivery driver said there was a $40 balance. I thought that was really tacky that he wanted the $40 after inconveniencing me for an hour and a half's time for my handyman to come repair the sign. I gave him the $, but I highly recommend if you purchase here bring your own truck or get your own company to deliver. So two stars deducted: one for the delivery co. and one for no follow up from the store.

He simply said hello, asked if we were browsing or looking for something in particular. We were there for a couch because our couch is THE WORST (thanks for nothing, Wayfair). He pointed us to where the couches started and we went on our merry way. Javier did not follow us, linger around, and certainly did not harass us. He did occasionally pop up to give us a little info on a couch we were spending time with, showing us features and then he would go back about his business and leave us to ours. Perfect amount of attention and space! We narrowed our choices down to about five couches. Javier was about to end his shift so he came to say to take our time but that Eduardo would likely be the one to help us out if we needed anything or planned to purchase a couch. Eduardo was equally great, and equally well-dressed. Eduardo ultimately sold us the couch we chose, he made the financing process easy and explained everything to us in detail. We even ended up getting new dining room chairs - which may sound like we got hit with a sneaky upsell but that's not so! We needed new chairs! To finalize the purchase, Eduardo brought over the manager Azi. She was also lovely and we talked about all these reviews - like, people, are you for real with these one stars!? Anyway! Great time and can't wait for our new couch (and chairs) to get delivered on Wednesday! (The only truth to the bad reviews - the In-and-Out drive-thru screwing up parking for everyone. But that's not Bob's fault and we went on a Saturday afternoon and snagged a spot after not much trouble.)

It lasted me until this year, which is almost exactly 14 years. This is the longest I've ever had for a mattress. I stopped by Sit N Sleep in Glendale for the July 4th sale, and they no longer carry the Serta icomfort mattress. I googled online for sales for the Serta icomfort mattress, and Ashley furniture was the cheapest for the 4th of July sale. I ordered the mattress with the white glove delivery and removal of my old mattress. I not only ordered the mattress, but also the base and a new bed frame. What Ashley doesn't tell you, they don't assemble the bed frame for you when they deliver and it is sent before the mattress. Plus, they don't tell you they won't offer to take away the old bed frame when they deliver the new mattress. Depending on where you live, you may have to pay someone to pick up and take away your old bed frame. Some places quoted me $200 for the pick up. Sit N Sleep not only assembles the new bed frame with the mattress delivery, but they take away everything from your old bed, which includes the bed frame. Honestly, I regret making a purchase at Ashley furniture. Looking back, I should've bought a different brand of memory foam mattress at Sit N Sleep.
