Normally these places don't get rated on Yelp, but I felt like I should anyway. My company recently purchased 45 AID cubicles from Crest, and I worked with a man named Augie. He was incredibly helpful, sincere, and earnest. I knew NOTHING about purchasing cubicles, but he did his best to try to save us money by suggesting where we could avoid extra tiles, or where we could replace metal with cloth. The price wasn't hidden at all, and the invoices very clear. From the first step, Crest did it all for us! They came, measured our space, and helped suggest to us what could be done. After the product was delivered, they set it up and were very careful. Basically, the customer service was amazing, and products are wonderful. Our electrician, another contractor that we hired that was not related to Crest, told us as he wired our cubicles, that they were the most well built, sturdy cubicles. I can't say enough good things about Crest. I'm used to shady salesman, and this was a welcome relief. read more

They (to be specific, Evan Chad) completely lied to us about their delivery. We were promised and it was the only reason we chose their company. It was supposed to be delivered today and now it will not be until "possibly" Friday or next week. That said, it has cost our company losses in revenue. All staff working remotely without full access to resources. Devastating business practices. read more

I reached out to Crest to get two corner desks built to fit into a room too small to fit the average 60" wide corner desks. Evan was able to get me a sketch of the design and a price quote quickly and it was a good bit cheaper than other quotes I had received. The desks were delivered a week ahead of schedule, fit perfectly, and were exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely recommend their services to friends in the future. read more

5 stars is as good as it gets... and Crest Office Furniture is as good as it gets. I found Crest about 6 years ago when looking for a HON distributor, and since then Bob Schad and his team (particularly my go-to guys David Wolf and Bobby Gonzales) have forged a great relationship. As a facility professional, I deal with the obscure... and if there is something I need help with, Bob S is the first person I ask... he may not always have the solution, but most of the time he does. In addition to furniture purchases and installation, Crest has also helped with furniture moves... modular workstation reconfigurations... and 2 years ago, they arranged for the refinishing of a large conference table (seats 44)... it turned out beautiful, and I'll be happy to show it if you care to drop by! read more

Let me know if you'd like that and I'll bring the chair by Tuesday morning. Best, Evan Here is my reply: It defeats the whole purpose of Yelp if businesses pay customers to take down bad reviews. This is a shady business practice which deprives the public of information it needs to make informed decisions about where to shop, and if word gets around that you do this, it encourages people to post bad reviews in hopes of getting free stuff. Although I won't take down my review, I have some suggestions for how to avoid bad reviews in the future: 1. Don't charge hidden delivery fees (such as the $100 you attempted to charge me to deliver a chair two blocks that was not even identified on the invoice); 2. Don't completely ignore customers when they walk into your store; 3. Train your salespeople to listen to your customers, and either attempt to give them what they want, or tell them up front that what they want is not available; 4. If something goes wrong, don't place the blame on your young, inexperienced salesperson who was obviously doing exactly what you told him to do. read more

I ordered custom desks for our office 4 months ago and we still don't have them. It should take 4 weeks, however, with an initial 2 week delay for no apparent reason, then incorrect surface materials, missing install parts, and incorrect measurements, we add another 4 weeks to correct. Just got an email for another 2 week delay. The owner even promised me a 2 week faster delivery on the 4 week correction time which obviously did not happen. We are spending almost $4,000 and Crest did not budge at all on price. We paid full price assuming they were the best and we would be getting the best. Well you know what they say about assuming. Their staff does not return emails or phone calls and conveniently never available. Hoping to have this finished in a couple weeks. I would not recommend Crest. read more

It seemed like they had an endless amount of furniture to choose from and their staff was so helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. They literally had somebody come out to our new office within a day of contacting them. They took the time to listen to my needs and space planned everything for me. Crest has given me superb warranty service. I bought a Hon task chair from them for my home office. Hon has had problems with manufacturing quality and has had to send a new chair twice. I am disappointed with Hon. But at Crest, Bobby has been immediately responsive, cheerful, and effective with follow through. Each time a Crest crew has made a timely delivery to my house, and lugged the heavy chair up 30 steps to my front door, cheerfully. We are becoming friends. Hat's off to Crest. read more

David Wolf set me up with 2 great staffers, Daniel Carr and Evan Schad. They guided me through the entire process. Having had a good experience buying some home office furniture from Crest, I returned to buy more cabinetry. But it turns out salesperson Taylor left shortly into this next project, and the lack of professionalism, ethics, and follow-through I experienced in round two was quite extraordinary. What did I experience? Lack of accurate information. Mistakes on the specs. An unwelcome surprise when I was almost ready to buy a very large cabinet that it was not a one-piece cabinet but two side-by-side units (that was news to me). Failure to accurately reflect specs on proposals and quotes. Delay after delay in getting information and responding. Lack of follow-through time and again. And then - many weeks after the pricing quote on two cabinets had been locked in, a sudden decision to raise the price with no apparent reason (excuse? manufacturer made an error in the quote). Buyer beware. Taylor, my original salesperson, is gone - and so is the service that is the basis of some of the good reviews posted on this site. Crest apparently does not value the customer and does not have service as a primary value. read more
