Dean was very welcoming for an early morning release and I really appreciated his enthusiasm to help find items for me and answer any questions I had! Not sure about the other guy's name, but I was helped by another gentleman and he was a ball of sunshine to talk to. Management is great, they're open to listening to the general public's concerns about early morning Pokemon drops as they get way too hectic, but I see they're trying their best to find an adequate balance for the PokeCommunity and employees.

There is no room for people: Only bots and faceless, voiceless agents which. If you've ever seen the skit from SNL about Spectrum, this is exactly what happens only without the faces of real people.

From the moment we entered, as Hispanics we felt as though we were being closely watched and followed throughout the store in a way that made us uncomfortable. We had no large bags or items with us--just a wallet--yet we were treated with a level of suspicion that did not seem warranted. At the same time, another customer (take a gander) in the store, who had a large backpack, which looked like it could fit an arsenal was able to shop freely without the same level of attention. The contrast in how we were treated was noticeable and concerning. Prior to visiting, I had already spoken with someone about purchasing a higher-priced item. However, due to the way we were treated during our visit, my husband and I decided not to move forward with the purchase. Instead, we chose to leave and spend our money elsewhere. We ended up going to a nearby business (Ss donuts) where we experienced welcoming and respectful service, which only highlighted the difference. I worked it back down a few times, but bubbling got worse. Believing it was still under warranty I took it back in well before the 30 days. The clerk tried to work it back down, but was unsuccessful. I told him to replace it as I was leaving town for several months. He replaced it and advised me it was $12.99 copay. He confirmed that I just had it replaced, but replacement protectors are not covered under the 30 day warranty. This made no sense to me as I just paid the copay and now they are charging me again for their workmanship. Not a good value!

Wow, I don't even know where to begin…read more I initially called David Electric for a quote to install some outlets and David asked if I would like one over the phone, or if I wanted a person to come out. I opted to have someone come out just so I can be clear on what I'm looking for. Prior to arrival I received a text that Sam was en route. Sam arrived on time, and looked at where I wanted the outlets and quickly provided me a quote. I went ahead and called back to accept the quote, and Sam was able to come out the next day. Sam and Dallas showed up on time and went straight to work. They were both hard working, respectful, personable, and extremely knowledgable. They installed 4 GFCI outlets and replaced another outlet in about 3 hours. I was very impressed because every time they wanted to move personal items on the countertop they would ask me first. Sam also noticed that I was working, so he would warn me when it was going to get loud, and asked if I would be in any meetings or if it was okay to shout out to me - I found this to be extremely considerate. I asked Sam a few questions about what he thinks I should and shouldn't consider, and he was very honest. He had valid reasons for what I should consider, and he bluntly told me he's not going to try to sell me on something I don't need. I really appreciated the transparency. You could definitely tell by the way Dallas and Sam treated not just me, but one another that they are both men of integrity and it was such a pleasure to have them come out. I would definitely call David Electric if I have any more electrical needs!
