Management is great, they're open to listening to the general public's concerns about early morning Pokemon drops as they get way too hectic, but I see they're trying their best to find an adequate balance for the PokeCommunity and employees.

From the moment we entered, as Hispanics we felt as though we were being closely watched and followed throughout the store in a way that made us uncomfortable. We had no large bags or items with us--just a wallet--yet we were treated with a level of suspicion that did not seem warranted. At the same time, another customer (take a gander) in the store, who had a large backpack, which looked like it could fit an arsenal was able to shop freely without the same level of attention. The contrast in how we were treated was noticeable and concerning. Prior to visiting, I had already spoken with someone about purchasing a higher-priced item. However, due to the way we were treated during our visit, my husband and I decided not to move forward with the purchase. Instead, we chose to leave and spend our money elsewhere. We ended up going to a nearby business (Ss donuts) where we experienced welcoming and respectful service, which only highlighted the difference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel uncomfortable or singled out while simply trying to shop.

I worked it back down a few times, but bubbling got worse. Believing it was still under warranty I took it back in well before the 30 days. The clerk tried to work it back down, but was unsuccessful. I told him to replace it as I was leaving town for several months. He replaced it and advised me it was $12.99 copay. He confirmed that I just had it replaced, but replacement protectors are not covered under the 30 day warranty. This made no sense to me as I just paid the copay and now they are charging me again for their workmanship. Not a good value!

Dave did an excellent job installing our Tesla charger. The job wasn't straightforward -- he had to…read moredrill through an exterior wall to route the wiring and install a brand new breaker in our panel to support the charger. Despite the added complexity, he handled everything professionally and efficiently. He was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was up to code. The wall penetration was clean and well-sealed, and the new breaker installation was done safely with no issues. Our charger has been working perfectly ever since. Highly recommend Dave for any electrical work, especially EV charger installations. Great attention to detail and clearly knows what he's doing.
