I worked with a sales associate to try a chair in my house for 5 days. Before delivery, they confirmed date and time to deliver and the chair was used for 5 days. I never got confirmation that they were going to pick up the chair. However, on the fifth day, I got a knock on my door to pick it up while I was in a work meeting. My wife answered the door and, regretfully, let him in to get the chair. He poked his head in my home office and said he needed the chair. I was in the middle of a zoom meeting but he said he had to take the chair, which he rolled out of my office, while I had to finish my meeting standing up (very embarrassing). When I complained, to the store, I was told that the owner would call me. Instead, I got a terse email stating that they don't allow the chairs to stay longer than 5 days and I should have known it would be picked up because the email they sent two weeks earlier stated that it would be picked up on the day (no time stated). He offered no apology basically said it was my fault. I would NEVER buy from this store.

Unless…read moreyou enjoy working through a temp agency for minimum wage forever, breathing in toxic chemicals such as burnt plastic etc. They are a big company that is of course wealthy but they cant afford to have enough working equipment for its employees as in you have to wait and fight for a fork lift, there are at least a dozen workers picking orders at any given time with 4 working pallet jacks. Owner strolls through but puts his head down as he walks by instead of saying good morning. Priority temp is the partner company that helps in its deeds, they hire you for Dura and of course it may take up to ten years before making you permanent.thats if you prefer to wait 2 weeks a check.There are guys working there with 9+ years...still temps. They hire undocumented workers surprise (nothing against them, they work twice as hard but dont complain,they should though, sad). Everyone is scared to say anything, they offer a sheet for complaints but ask you to sign your name. WTH?? i work with the utmost respect for the company and co-workers, i realize there are people that cannot work anywhere else due to criminal records or lack of a H.S. diploma. There are even 2 homeless guys working there (they werent when they started) Very depressing to work there if you think you have had some hard times, get to know the priority workers.
