Called with urgent battery issue on my iphone and Steve the owner took a look right away and gave me fair, honest assessment for free and even suggested that I was probably better off going somewhere else as more than likely I needed a motherboard repair specialist. I asked him to open up the phone anyways to see what he could do and he was reluctant b/c he knew he might damage the glass and there was a good chance he couldn't do anything, but I implored him to and eventually he agreed, offering fair warning and disclaimers. He ended up being able to fix my problem without a single scratch for way cheaper than a other shops were able to. very nice person and true honest professional. definitely recommend, will be back next time I'm in area. read more

Normally have had good experiences here with phone repairs or anything I've needed . When I brought in my laptop for questions about a repair, a guy there that I've never seen before was the one to help me out on this occasion . After I had just explained to him my laptop screen was cracked in the corner and very fragile he asked me to bring it in . I bring it open because if I close it the condition would get worse and the glass would crack . When I pass it off to him open he attempts to close it I immediately hear a loud crack and he goes off to the back. Brings it out a minute later in much worse condition then when I gave it to him and tells me that he wouldn't be able to help me with it . If they ask you if you want the 'HD screen' or value, take the value. The screens are all the same, all $4 each from amazon. Just a weird way they trick you into spending more money. Along with the cheap screen protectors, that even with a case from their shop, won't protect your phone from a 2ft fall. On carpet. CK Phone repair works much faster, has better prices, and doesn't try to scam. They're home based and might be a little further out depending on where youre coming from, but they're worth it. Without the story- my new iPhone 12 got LAUNCHED across a parking lot and both screens (front and back) were shattered into a million pieces. The speaker barely worked on it anymore, a camera lens was busted, and the battery was draining FAST and would completely shut down at 20% My job requires me to use my phone about 18 hours out of the day, and I don't have the time to send it in for my warranty to fix it. A friend convinced me that they could fix it very easily- and they couldn't have been more wrong, they did a lot more damage than good and even broke the magnet that my charger required. Darren called and told me that he can fix EVERYTHING wrong with the phone, but in order to use the wireless charger I'd need to send the phone in through the warranty because it was impossible to fix. I picked up my phone the same day I dropped it off and it looks and performs like it's completely brand new- not only that but Darren was also able to fix the magnet, so that my phone can attach to the charger. The customer service is excellent, their attention to detail is Excellent, pricing is incredibly fair and they are FAST. The ONLY place I will trust with my electronics from now on. read more

I also had a MacBook that needed the screen repaired and had a special order part that was said to arrive Tuesday. The guys were able to fix it that same day the part had arrived. Great technicians and great price. My daughter received a hand-me-down iPhone 6 and dropped it soon after. I wanted to replace the screen and inquired with Apple but the original repair price was too steep for a 9yr olds emergency phone. I understand that third party repair facilities may or may not use original, so I was informed that screens may not be OEM. Our repair was speedy and efficient, the technician backed his repair with a one year warranty and I was comfortable in knowing that my LCD replacement was not original Apple. I did notice a very faint amber tint to the screen and colors but the smile on my daughters face was priceless. As far as I'm concerned, the repair service did their job and the phone performs and appears as original. Took In a iPhone 13 got a screen replaced. Worked fine no issues great. Unfortunately dropped the phone in water for maximum 5 seconds with full case on. Called them they said they'll work with me. Took the phone in they said not much they can do. They cleaned it up put new screen on and tried to charge me almost full pop. Doesn't sound horrible but they should of stood by their work. Doesn't seem like they sealed it properly but claim to have all the right tools. So something doesn't make sense. I just feel like if someone offers a service and doesn't stand by it they don't deserve peoples business. read more
