However, instead of receiving a callback from Ehrlich, I was contacted by another company, PestTech Pest Control. It appears my inquiry was mistakenly routed to the wrong business. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I was unable to speak directly with a representative from Ehrlich, and the fact that my request was misdirected has raised concerns about the level of service I can expect. As a result, I have decided not to move forward with either company.

I also begged for emergency service. 6 of us, spent three days this weekend, cleaning the entire house out, throwing out the ruined items, trying to decontaminate, scared out of our minds with Hanta Virus in the back of our heads, and I was told they have no room on the schedule for an emergency service, wait until next appointment June 8th- THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. I got the first service done and second time i called they scheduled twice to come and never showed up to those appointment. And when i called them back they said oh we came and sprayed but no one was home.
