WARNING: DO NOT USE ANGEL PAWS My experience with this…read morecompany has been nothing short of a nightmare. I trusted Angel Paws to handle my beloved dog's cremation, and they have failed me in every possible way. I paid in full for their services, was told my dog's remains were ready, and drove to the location--only to be told there was nothing for Angel Paws. Since then, I have called and emailed for THREE DAYS straight without a single response. This is beyond poor customer service--it is heartless, unprofessional, and downright negligent. Losing a pet is devastating enough without having to deal with a company that shows zero compassion and cannot even fulfill the most basic part of their job. I am now seeking legal counsel to take action against this disgraceful business.

If I could give Angel Paws zero stars, I would. What this company did to my beloved dog, Misha, was…read morebeyond negligence--it was traumatizing, disgraceful, and inhumane. After Misha passed, we trusted Angel Paws to handle her cremation with dignity. Instead, they turned her final moments into a nightmare. The man who came to pick up her body treated her like trash--cold, silent, and careless. We waited almost 12 hours to even begin the process. Then they failed to perform the nose print we had selected, paid for, and was promised. My husband also had to assist the man in carrying out her decomposing body to his truck, being given no gloves to assist. But the worst came when they returned her ashes. They promised to give us an upgraded urn free of charge due to the extremely long wait and we did not receive it. Her remains were given to us in an unsealed plastic bag riddled with holes in a wooden box. We immediately informed Angel Paws and they said they will rectify this by sending us the upgraded urn and transfer the ashes. When the delivery man opened the box, ashes flew into the air inside my home, contaminating my dining room table and even my cats' water bowls. My husband and I both developed sore throats afterward--I still have a cough from inhaling cremains that never should've been exposed in the first place. This wasn't just disturbing--it was biohazardous. To make matters worse, they tried to stuff her ashes into an urn that was far too small, causing spillage everywhere. The man transferring her ashes used a Walgreens pharmacy bag, asked me for help like it was a DIY project, and was visibly careless. I had to beg him to stop as I watched what remained of my dog spill out onto the table. I was left to scoop up her remains myself, ash by ash, alongside my devastated husband. In addition, that same man tried to take her original box with her name engraved on it with him which still had the rest of her remains in it for which I refused. Their explanation? They admitted they skipped a critical step in the cremation process--failing to fully process the bone fragments. I saw one of her bones with my very own eyes. Not only that, but this is a major health hazard. This was not a miscommunication. This was not a one-off mistake. This was a complete systemic failure by a business that claims to provide "angelic" care. They issued a refund only after I formally demanded it. They promised to send another proper urn, which never arrived. And at no point did they offer genuine accountability, emotional restitution, or even so much as a sincere gesture of repair. I am posting this because no one else should have to suffer the way my family did. Losing a pet is already unbearable. Being forced to relive that loss through trauma, contamination, and utter disrespect is something no grieving pet owner should ever face. Do not trust this company with your loved one's final moments. They failed Misha in every possible way--and the pain of that failure will stay with us forever.

From the moment we stepped in, we were treated with kindness and care. They took her back immediately and put us in a room. Within minutes the vet came in and told us some very difficult news and we knew she wasn't going to make it. They rushed us into a quiet room and brought her in so we could say our goodbyes before she passed. They gave her meds to help her make the transition painless. It was one of the most difficult things I've had to endure. My husband and I were devastated and heartbroken. However, the team at LeadER was incredible. They were kind, caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. They let us grieve and have as much time with our baby girl as we needed. It was the only light in that dark time. We then went to pick up her ashes a week later and noticed the had filled out a card for us. It was so unexpected but immensely appreciated. Thank you so much to the team at LeadER!

He said he would be back with an estimate , when the nurse came back with an estimate I had questions, Dr Philips came back in with another attitude , he was short , rude and annoyed I was asking questions about the $1600 estimate . When I told him we were going to wait it out a couple hours , he walked out of the room and closed the door . No words , just left . He was clearly annoyed I was questioning the prices . I decided to leave ,they wanted me to sign a paper at the front desk saying I am refusing care . Laqueda in the front desk continued with the rude and condescending service . I was appalled that how their behavior changed simply because I questioned the estimate . I will never come back . It felt like the doctor simply wanted my money , not to take care of my pet . They held my dog in the back until I paid the visit fee . ( which I had no problem doing ) . Once I paid , they tell someone in the back that my dog was ready to leave . Basically is a very money hungry place . They held my dog "hostage" in the back until I paid . Awful experience . Dr Clay Philips made us feel our pet didn't matter . Only how deep our pockets were .
