Their weekend techs didn't start until 10am but said they would call me back at that time to set up an appointment which they did. The tech was actually able to come early and was so nice and knowledgeable. He fixed my toilet and answered all my questions. I also called another 24/7 well known plumber before Roto Rooter, since I was just going down the line in Google trying to reach someone, I left a message with this plumber and after 7 hours still have not received a return phone call.
