We called the pump supplier and our fault code caused them to recommend pump replacement. Pump was installed by a licensed plumber (now retired) only two years before and supplier stated warranty is no longer in effect. Needless to say we were not happy. When we called Rod he was on his way to supplier and told me he would check it out but could not do any work until 4-5 days. After a couple hours and no one able to beat his estimated schedule he called and told us he could get pump under warranty and replace in a couple hours! Knowing our dire situation Rod called back in afternoon stating he got pump and rearranged his schedule to fit us in the next day!
