This post office is the best post office I've ever been too. This guy that works there come rain or shine he is always there. Always up beat and always sooooo helpful. The mom and daughter are the rude people on the face of this earth. We've been going to this mailbox center for over five years. We paid upfront for three months. She turned around and said you have a late charge. Your husband wanted to pay for a year so we were not past due on our account then overcharge me for a new key took them two months to get me a key and was rude about it. Their customer service is a zero. I explained to her that my car broke down and I didn't have my mailbox key. She was so rude about it to hand me. My mail and I had a package so what was the difference? Oh I'm sorry you had to get off your seat and actually help a customer that pays you right. I literally left it today so angry using the B word along with the F word to her. She pushed me to that level. She feels like she can dominate you in a conversation. Her daughter is the same way when I paid $120 for our mailbox. She tried to tell me that we didn't pay it and that if I have the receipt it better be her mom signature so what was she trying to say I will not give one dollar to them again. Like charging me for a big box but only giving me a small box because supposedly I received too many packages. Then cramming my greeting cards into a little box when I pay for a big one. I think the real owner is this carol O'Brien lady and Nancy probably takes advantage of the old lady who thinks they're open on Saturdays when Nancy supposed to be working but she doesn't bother working she closes on Saturdays even though her store hours claim she's open on Saturdays. If you want a place for mail, not here. Nancy keeps the mail until the next day. The mail service said that it was delivered. I have actually seen a package of mine behind the desk but wasn't told no it wasn't. She waited 2 days later. I'm so happy we have moved to a new company. Charged for 3 extra boxes saying too many deliveries. Charged late fees on the second of the month. Bye bye read more

I went here to ship a computer to family in Grand Terrace,CA. it was in a DELL box and I hand wrote the name and complete address it was supposed to go to. I used a sharpie to black out the original sticker from dell and gave it to the owner for shipping. she took the package to the back and came back to me and handed me a USPS tracking number. I paid for it and she said ot would be 2 to 4 days before it got there. after 3 days I checked into the USPS tracking system and found my package had been delivered to Lebanon, Tenn. when I called the store, the owner told me that I had to go to the post office to find out what happened. went to the post office and they said the package WAS delivered to the address on the package. when I called the store AGAIN, the owner was snotty and said she could do NOTHING! so either this place is very inept or are they crooks who steal packages? will NEVER use or recommend this place PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Im rating the customer service her not even the process. The process is quick, and easy, but Nancy is one rude lady. I walked in to get a live Scan for the county and I was being attended by another agent and as I'm talking to her, Nancy intervenes and nastily says "you need a FORM from them, I've done plenty before." So I turned to her and said in a snarky remark "well THANK YOU." Turning back to the agent I was dealing with.. " let me just show you what was emailed to me" as I'm showing the other agent what the county required, Nancy I'm the back is saying "is there a form?" I haven't finished showing the other agent what was on the email and she's still asking "is there a form?" And I'm just livid at this point because number one, I'm not even being helped by her, and with her attitude about her not having a car, and I only know this because she's being salty about it and informing the other agent about it while she's trying to help me, for x reason, is rubbing off on me, it's just rude for her to be all up in the koolaid when she doesn't even know the flavor. I went to American Post N Parcel for a passport photo. Although they were closing, the lady who was working agreed to take my photo, but ask that I remove my glasses. I always wear my glasses, but I agreed because she said that glasses were not permitted. When I got home, I looked up the requirements for passport photos and it said that if you always wear something, you should wear it in the photo. When i went back to get my photo taken with my glasses on, I was charged again for the photo. When I got my photo, it was washed out and unusable, probably because they used a flash. I call this place to ask a few questions about getting a live scan. Its 9:43 they just opened at 9 and the lady on the phone already has an attitude. She asks me to hold on, sets the phone down while she's dealing with an in-store customer, I can hear everything, pointless conversations about Vegas. once that lady leaves she never picks the phone back up, i hear a bunch of shuffling around. i say "hello?" thinking that maybe she can hear me since i can hear everything going on inside there, no response. a few seconds later a man walks in and she greets him very cheery. They need to find someone else to answer the phones because that's unacceptable. read more

Do not have Live Scan done here because they ask you to sign in an old book with old papers copied for a form. There are 4 sections for 4 customers to complete: name, address, drivers license and expiration date, telephone number. If you are the 4th person signing this makeshift form, you will have access to the 3 previous customers' personal information. I told the person working there that I changed my mind and crossed out my information that I was dumb enough to enter. I told her why I crossed off everything because I didn't want the next 2 customers to have access to my information. She told me that that is the way LiveScan wants it and for me to "have a nice day". I told her that I doubted that Live Scan wanted customers' information to be available to possibly 3 customers after them. Good place to go if you want to work on some identity theft!! . Just don't be the first person to fill in the 1st of the 4 spaces. Very frightening and totally incompetent...it is illegal to share others' personal information. Live Scan is part of the U.S. Department of Justice. I will definitely let them know about this place. Stay away!!! I just went to the UPS store for my Live Scan at 20th and K. It took 7 minutes and they did not have me enter anything into an old book with poorly copied papers that various customers would be able to see. Also, the person at this business told me that I had to put my address on the form. I had printed the form from the Board of Registered Nursing. They do not want your address on the form!!! It was X'd out by the Board, but this woman told me to cross out the "X" and enter my address. She was terse and completely ill-informed. Stay away for Live Scan. read more
