The person who picked up the phone was very nice and told me the soonest would be the next day morning and I could book through their website. As soon as I hung up I immediately received a text with a quote and link. Booking through their website was fast and easy. Came in today for my 9:30am appointment and Darren helped check me in, drove it into the shop and within a few minutes confirmed the crack is repairable with a cash/card quote and about 2 hour turnaround. As we were driving to go pick it up, my husband said to me, Crissy I'm gonna need your help putting this rack back on the truck... "We" just need to bolt it back together. I didn't say it, but I was not stoked, I'm thinking, day ruined- We get there and 3 to 4 guys are helping with the forklift to carefully lift it onto his truck. They set it on there perfectly and then they proceeded to help him bolt it. Something he couldn't do by himself and there was zero possibility that I'd be able to push those things into place. These guys were like little angels with muscle and they were happy to help. They were awesome and it wasn't like a burden, they just helped. Went in today with a few small parts to have media blasted as a trial. The guy at the front desk was somewhat standoff-ish from the very beginning. I asked some simple questions about his experience with masking complex parts and he wouldn't answer the questions in any detail. He just seemed like he hated his job and didn't want to answer any questions. Didn't give me confidence to leave 53 year old rare engine parts in his care. I asked him if everything was ok because he seemed frazzled. He just looked at me and muttered some response. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. No idea how good their work is and I'll never know. But if their work is anything like their customer service, I would avoid them. It's a shame because I have lots and lots of parts that need blasting and refinishing. Customer service is key and the guy I met had zero skills in that department. Oh well, there are other shops in the area that would appreciate my business.

I will give concessions and say that he was a pleasant guy and really did try his best. Responsiveness is also a plus and mobile service also good. Arturo explained to me with this type of damage and the wheels that it was the best he can do. I Understand. I had some complex curves I understand, but the end results drew more attention to the area because of the rounded blending and spray paint to the area. Prior to fix the damage was almost hidden by the wheel lines. I've seen the companies work on other cars, which look amazing, which is why I decided to go with this company. I keep wondering if I should have just gone with a fix it kit for this. I'm sad to say for me this it wasn't a home run. Maybe AJ would have had another outcome. I cannot say. But paying $200 for 30 minute repair you don't expect perfection but results that are consistent with cost. I cannot confidently recommend but I am open to being proven incorrect.
