We have both gas and oil accounts with them. The pricing is good, and they have good prebuy options. Our fuel deliveries have been dependable. We have a service contract with them for repairs and cleanings. We've found that they are very good about making sure our furnace is in top shape. I like that the technician they send to our house is always the same guy. You get to know him, and he gets to know you and your heating equipment. We've had accounts with many other oil/gas companies over the years, and we found that this company is one of the best. They've treated us well, and that's why we'll continue to stick with them.

very unhappy with this company. my propane was leaking. they came out and fixed the leak. 5 days…read morelater it was still leaking. they sent same guy back that did shoddy work to fix his bad workmanship. they wanted to charge me for him fixing his work. I spoke to their customer service, their billing, and manager in service. they all assured me I wouldn't be charged. well, what you know. they charged my credit card. scratching my head how all 3 people ignored not charging me, or were they hoping I wouldn't look at my credit card bill.

After a extensive wait time and multiple attempts to flag an employee down, Vinny was great and extremely knowledgeable. We had a ton of questions when it came to fridges, washers, and dryers and he was there to answer any and every question we threw at him. He informed us about the 3 or 5 year protection plans as well. Once we purchased the fridge he gave us a thick stack of papers stating more information about the fridge and the delivery date/process. We were also told to purchase an extension for the water line as the fridge has one but really short. I'm glad he pointed that out to us. Thanks again, Vinny for A1 customer service! Only reason I'm knocking a star off is because it took a while to finally find an employee to help us.

Well, it STARTS at that and then it goes up. There's mileage fees and extra fees included too. Basically to go 5 miles including back to the parking lot to drop off, plus random fees, was $51. Big difference from 19.95......... Before you leave the parking lot you get a text to a link where you upload photos of the truck, gas, mileage, plate, etc. Super easy. Truck is older, I mean crank windows and stuff. But easy to drive and figure out. My first time driving one and it was fine.

The employee totally disregard managers' orders, managers blame everything on online and claim their hands are tied, calling online, they will tell you send you back to the store or tell you the item has been discontinued after weeks of misleading you and even causing you to lose money/holding cost on your property etc.. Suddenly, an item with estimated delivery of 3 days becomes 6 weeks if not eternity and it's mostly because this store makes everything so bad when the items arrive, they either misplace it or send it back to manufacturer even though you have an open case with the managers. sorry there's so much to complain about this store I'm having a hard time being coherent
