My husband and I had Supreme Energy install our air conditioning.We have 2 separate air conditioning units , one Mitsubishi and the other a regular system . I have had nothing but trouble with my units. Had to replace a motor when the system was only a year old and all of the the line piping to Mitsubishi unit were defective which also had to be replaced, both which we had to pay for ourselves. Our units are less than 9 years old. Now my daughter has purchased the house, Supreme is still servicing the unit and they are charging $1000 to replace a pan they should have installed in the first place. They add delivery charges onto your bill that you don't approve also tank insurance. They are preying on senior citizens who don't check their bill. I just recently got a A/C unit put in 2 years now. Only had it for 16 mos when it was just blowing warm air, called Supreme they started to charge me with service charges. They finally said it was leaking from the hose. They came out and repaired it with no charge. It has not worked properly for 2 years, it is now having the same issues. Still waiting for them to call me. I would not receommend their service to anybody as far as A/C goes. read more

We have used Supreme for years. They installed our gas stove and gas lines,and we have a propane tank from them. Two stars because until today we had been very happy with them. They have done routine service of our oil furnace in the past, (2018, tech said since the system was only a few years old it didn't need to be serviced every year and last year was Covid) we do not buy oil from them. Our furnace wouldn't fire tonight so we called them for emergency service and they refused since we don't buy their oil. Interesting that they were willing to take our money the last time for routine maintenance, but in an emergency they refuse to come out? Told them to pick up their propane tank Monday morning, if it wasn't illegal I'd roll it the quarter mile down the road to their business. I'm fuming mad. We've been clients of Supreme since 2016. They installed our gas lines, and deliver propane to us. They've delivered oil to us. They've come out on an emergency- we ran out of oil. We've serviced our furnace with them. Now granted, the last one was 2018, but the tech told us verbatim "since it's brand new system you don't need to service it every year. 2020 being Covid crap, we forgot to service it. Came home tonight, no heat. Called Supreme, and the woman asked me "where do you buy your oil from?" I asked why? Then told her - BLUE COLLAR FUEL- she then said well you don't buy your oil from us, we don't service clients who don't buy their oil from us. I said are you kidding me? Your propane tank is sitting next to our house! You deliver our propane! Is there a difference between your No2 oil and anyone else's? She said nope. That's just their policy. Well guess what. Come take your f***ing propane tank, we don't do any business with you. Who THE hell treats clients like that? WE ARE ACTUAL ACTIVE CLIENTS! Worse, your company is at the END of the same street we are on. I'm so pissed off, I feel like I should put a sign on my lawn for ALL the traffic to see. A year ago we had a boiler emergency. They were awesome and replaced our boiler in a cold winter with small children. We were so thankfully and signed on to become regular customers. Since they put in a new boiler, we have had to call to have it serviced at least 12 times. Every time a new person comes and tells us a new issue they fixed. We had someone tell us Saturday "it runs like a bus' exhaust" (side of our house is black from it), the smell will go away, and someone will be out Monday. Called Monday, we weren't in their books. They sent someone and he told us he fixed it and also an oil leak (we had no clue there was ANOTHER LEAK) and someone will follow up tomorrow. No one came or called. It is now Friday, someone was just here. I explained I had to run out to get my children. I asked if he figured out the issue since it is fairly new and we have had several people come out in a year. His response "it is just not working" and walked away!!! Someone different has been out 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Every time they are like "woah that does smell and shouldn't be doing that". I was told today on the phone "well it is a machine". Yes, it is a machine your company installed and it has had way too many unresolved issues for being a year old. At first they seemed helpful, but now they are acting as if I am annoying them??!! I have 3 small children, they ask why they smell gas in the rooms on the side of the house that the vent is on. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

Do not use this company. Our hot water goes out weekly despite multiple service calls by Supreme. When asked what may be causing this problem, underlying issues, etc - no explanation. They "repair" it and then it happens again a week later. They are incompetent and rude. read more

********SCAM ALERT************* I will never call these scammers again. My ac had a leak in it, I call up supreme and asked them to come look at it and see where the problem was. The guy that came was late, he was very nice but he moved at the speed of a turtle. I told him what the issue was he goes to his car and comes back with a 200 psi Nitrogen tank to find the leak. He spends 35 min trying to figure out where the leak was and he had not luck. He then tells me he doesn't have enough pressure in the Nitrogen and has to go back to the shop and get one with 400 psi. This really upset me and was my first clue as to how all this would play out. I called them telling them there was a leak so why would they not send someone with all the equipment they need the first time?? Well obviously they wanted to charge me more money. I was very specific with the guy I asked him how long it would take when he came back and he said 15 min. When he called me at the end of the day I made sure to clarify with him that I only owed them an hour of labor. He agreed and then proceeded to tell me that my condenser coil had a leak in it. He said he was going to check the warranty as the condenser unit was less then 5 years old. Two days later they call me back to tell me that it will be $3200 to fix my condenser coil and they can't do it for over a week. I asked about the warranty but I was told it doesn't cover leaks??? At this point I knew something was fishy, so I called for a second opinion. I called Bill (781)-353-8852 I told him what had happened, I told him we have a baby and I need to get this fixed ASAP. I told him there was a leak in the coil and that Supreme wanted to replace the coil for $3200. He screamed in horror and told me that he would give me a brand new condenser unit installed for $3500 and that he would install it the next day. I called supreme and told them I would not be needing their services. I then get a bill in the mail for 1.5 hours of labor, and at the same time they took that money from the $500 deposit that was supposed to be returned. So they billed me for more then they should have twice. In discussions with my bank to recoup the money. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS ON THESE GUYS, THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. read more

I hired Supreme Energy last summer to install a new LG air conditioning unit. After 3 visits to my house and about $800 bucks, I had an air conditioner that blew warm air. I was frustrated and tired of leaving missing of work so I let it go and decided to deal with it this year. I got a recommendation on a service person and before he did anything he told me what the problem was. The copper pipes were never saudered. Really? That's what I hired Supreme to do. I paid for 2 lbs of freon last year as the service guy said there wasn't any ..... My guess is it leaked through the bolts that were not saudered as the joints expanded and contracted. This years service man told me to take a photo of what wasn't done and go demand my money back. Save your money and hire a company that knows what they are doing. read more

On the heating issue, the representative understood the issue and was able to fix it easily. The hot water issue involved numerous conversations/attempted fixes and Supreme remained committed through the entire process. Unbelievable. They refuse to deliver oil, saying my driveway is too sloped for their oil truck to drive up. I pay a fortune to keep the driveway completely plowed all winter long. The plowing service I use assures me that other oil companies don't have a problem with much greater slopes than my driveway has. And, every time I call to receive oil, they don't have a truck in the area, and can't deliver till the next day. This is the second time this week I'm without oil. Without heat. Without hot water. Unacceptable! They seem to have plenty of business though, so they don't need yours. Believe me, it is not worth the risk. read more

We had them service our boilers and supply heating oil. Guess what -- a randomly visiting burner expert noticed that out burner is tuned to burn much more oil than was needed to operate the boiler with that given BTU ... Tricks of the trade ! read more

My building management company recommended I use Supreme Energy to look at an overheating radiator in the apartment. I had a service window of 12-2. There was no sign of them around 2, and I had to call them 3 times before they arrived at 3:30. The buzzer in my unit doesn't work, so each time I called I repeated to have them call me when they arrive so I could let them in. I found out on my 3rd call, that the service man was downstairs ringing the buzzer. The customer service is clearly terrible. I highly recommend finding someone else. read more

My boiler was clicking on and off and making a funny noise so i decided to give these guys a call. They were very nice professional and got a service tech out to my house and fixed the issue. The tech was clean (not smelling like fuel) and informative and the price was cheap. I know use them for all my fuel and service needs. read more

No one knows what they are doing. The on call person fake it in hopes that it works. They then trashed the company that installed the system saying it was done wrong. Funny enough, they actually installed the original system. So that tells you something. They ended up breaking our system and then telling us it would cost 12K to replace. Nice business model. While I have had very good service for oil and propane, I would say no to their generator service. I called them and told them my system needed service, and they gave a great speech about their work, said someone would be out the following week. Never heard another word, so I called again and it turns out there seems to be only one person who handles this name Jim - well he was not available so I told the person who answers their phones the issue. He told me that he would make sure Jim got my message and called back. Over a week now and no call back - so if you Supreme service for your generator, look elsewhere read more

I use oil heat as fuel as there are no gas lines in my neighborhood. Over the last 19 years I've found Supreme to be cooperative, helpful, generous and very, very easy to work with. I occasionally lose track of my oil level but they are there immediately to service my heating needs. I can't say enough good things about them. read more
