They use atomic coffee, which is hands down my favorite local coffee. The store itself has a cute, small town market vibe. I looked all over for a cafe that had unsweetened matcha! Everywhere else is like Starbucks - premixed low grade match sweetener with syrup. American provisions had real matcha not sweetened. I went in here with my son the vibe was horrible ordering my food I ordered bacon and eggs then I asked what kind of bacon do they have the guy says what do you mean okay but I said what kind of meat he said pork bacon I said that's the only kind of bacon you have he said yes okay fine I asked my 8 year old you want pork bacon he said yes my son wanted a fried egg also so I said can you make sure it's well done or he won't eat it he asked no questions brought my son a sunny side up egg little kids are so picky and usually don't eat sunny side up eggs personally I felt he was judging the fact that I would want everything everyone in this neighborhood wants and a lot of people will walk out if they didn't serve turkey bacon or some other sort of bacon and he is probably tired of people doing that which I didn't and took our his frustrations on me and my child which is unfair cause it was like 13 for the food he didn't really want to make me another egg his vibe was off and next time I go into any restaurant with the person giving me that kind of vibe im leaving I should of just left I was very humble and very polite and helpful was very calm and humble but gave off a weird vibe a discriminating vibe they took so long to make my sons egg over I just walked out and will never go back again read more
