I would definitely recommend his services. Getting in to see him can be tricky. He's got about a year wait time for a first appointment. The only downside is that you can't take the paperwork with you to fill out beforehand and the nurse does the intake herself. That's very time consuming and would be easier to fill out yourself.

Nurses were just not available, so I couldn't even get a bandage changed until I waited for several hours. My wound became infected. The staff tried hard, but there were just not enough of them! I turned on my buzzer to call for assistance - FOUR HOURS later, someone came. They just have way too many beds for the number of staff they have. (I saw one doctor, passing by, one time!) It could be a very nice place if they either decreased the number of patients considerably, or increased the staff.

I went in to pick them up and one of the receptionists (far right) claimed she called and left a message. Funny to find out I pulled my verizon call history and had no missed calls from them, although she insisted she did it. Turns out the system lost my x-rays so they were willing to work with me and scanned me again. When I went back into the room they had me marked down as my right foot although I've never had issues with the right and when I went, my left was the only one evaluated. They did the scans and told me to wait back in the waiting area. The entire time I was waiting, the same receptionist was making sly comments about it being my right foot and that it even said that in the chart. I'd understand if my right foot was affected in the past but it's always been my left so that must've been the nurse/Drs mistake which is a common mistake when charting notes. I tried to stay friendly and even told them to have a nice day when they handed over the disc and the receptionist just said "uh huh" as I said it. I honestly don't know how she is staffed at the face of the office. She is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Definitely doesn't have patient care in mind. Will never go back there and will steer people away. It doesn't take much to just be a nice person.

And they've screwed up my families billing to many times to count. We have 2, yes two forms of health insurance. When you try to call to fix the issue, you can't understand what they are saying except for "that's your bill, pay now?" "We bill you, you pay" Avoid the medical billing shakedown from these 3rd party mobsters. They'll have you in collections for thousands over a aspirin that you never took. They do medical billing code like they are playing a game of bingo. AFC, if you want to be a better place, ditch the 3rd party mobsters and con artists. Staff and doctors are great, not worth dealing with a shakedown for your money because they have no idea how to bill your insurance.

The doctor was very nice and they did a Covid/flu test in office. Luckily it might be allergies or the cold thats going around. The offices are clean and comfortable and it was a very smooth, no wait visit. They do labs and other tests as well as physicals too so this is a convenient option if you're waiting for your doctors to fit you in or get sick during the weekend, as we did.
