Expect to wait a minimum of 3 hours anytime you go, that way you won't be disappointed. Bring a book or headphones. The wait line is standing room only, so if you have issues you may want to bring your own chair. The more hydrated you are the faster your donation will be!

It would have been helpful if they told us to go downstairs. All I saw was a staircase so that wasn't ideal. The staff in the donation site was helpful and super quick. It's ab open bay setting and no televisions or entertainment. I would come back. I just wish they had an easier way to answer questions. The tablet is tiny and seeing it is tough. Also if there was a sign ro tell you where to go when you come in would be helpful as would an elevator sign upstairs.

The center is brand new and it's really clean. The waiting area is pretty big - there are tons of magazines and a pretty big flatscreen to keep you occupied while you wait. The wait can be long sometimes, but generally not over half an hour if you have an appointment. Walk ins are welcome but you'll have to wait a lot longer. I normally just get a floating appointment, that way I can come in whenever I want and they tend to give you preference over walk-ins. Oh PS: It's not located on Jackson Street anymore. It's actually closer to South Main in Kent Square... 2nd floor.
