We waited over a week specifically for Dr. Tibi, and well worth it. Additionally, all the nurses/assistants took excellent care of my dad while he anxiously awaited his surgery, even keeping a smile on his face. They communicated throughout the procedure, and the recovery nurse, Cathy, was incredible. We are from Phoenix and would not go anywhere else in the State for heart surgery than Yavapi with Dr. Tibi and the hospital staff.

Jeffery was very nice and listened but the continuing screw ups with my health was unconscionable. Procedures were approved within days and nothing was done for weeks. Some procedures couldn't be performed but scheduled due to my AFIB. There was never anybody willing to take the blunt of the mess ups. Some of the office staff was very rude especially when they new they had not done there job. NO COMMUNICATION. I've since changed offices. I just hope I'm not the only one that has experienced such bad care.

They have a modern physical/ operational training area. There is new commercial vinyl flooring throughout. The place is clean and comfortable. The quality of care is very good. PT/OT folks are understanding and great. The RNs CNAs and staff are very good. The Office and support staff are great. The kitchen is fair but has alternatives which help.
