As I was casually walking around a Travelcamp employee (April O'Leary) walk by and asked if I needed any help and explained why the sales reps were tied up at the moment, so she put off what had brought her outside and kindly gave me a tour of what they had that might fit what I wanted. The last unit she pointed out was the 320, the design of the 320 doesn't leave much to preview wiyh the slides but I could tell it had the potential of what I wanted. We discussed getting the 3 slides out while I went to eat lunch, when I came back April met me at the front door and we went and toured the 320; it was everything I was looking for. After that I made several follow on visits to the dealership to walk through the unit again and be sure. On the last day someone had decided to buy that unit which worked out well because I mentioned the 320 the Ocala dealership had which had a couple of features the one I had been looking at didn't and April assured me that she could get that one from Ocala to Melbourne for me; win win for me. After giving Travelcamp a deposit they facilitated the transfer of the 320 to Melbourne at which April and I did a walk-through of the unit, she took notes of the very short list of things that needed to be resolved before I would close on the unit. The closing day, I met April & Jerry at the dealership to do the final walk-through and close on the unit. I could've save a small chunk of money by traveling a short distance and picked the 320 from another dealership, but the interactions with April throughout the entire process from walking onto the lot through the sale, April's punctuality and wiliness to listen instead of just selling made me a just want to buy the 320 from her at that dealership. If you're ever in the market and near Melbourne, stop in and see April, she is as genuine as they come, listens to what you have to say and doesn't know how to put pressure on you. I hope that I will need to buy another camper soon and she will still be!

I asked that the refrigerator/freezer be kept open while it finished drying. They drive it around with the doors open and the refrigerator door got scratched. No offer to replace, I'm being ghosted when I last asked. My radio speakers were replaced. I had the radio replaced 2 months prior. Brand new remote disappeared. Jensen sent me a new remote free so Camping Workd got off free but it isn't the same remote, just a generic. They "fixed" kitchen sink leak. It was no charge but when I after two days of using it I looked for something underneath and there was water! It wasn't fixed. I'm out a remote, have a scratched up refrigerator door that I replaced 5 years ago) and had to deal with a wet mess under my kitchen sink and hire someone else to repair what they said they fixed. I'm over Camping World! I had a horrible experience with Camping World Cocoa two years ago. Melbourne said they would be so much better. Nope!!!

He came to…read moremy sisters home where my trailer is parked and within 15 minutes had the problem diagnosed and was extremely upbeat about the situation and I appreciate that. He could have lied and sold me on a new air conditioning and I'd have never been the wiser but he didn't. The issue turned out to be a bad circuit breaker (which he immediately ordered) and had the problem resolved within 3 days and now I have AC for the summer months. Thank you for your service your honesty. His rate was extremely reasonable and within this old man's budget. I'll be using him again if I ever need my trailer repaired again

Sitting on their hands to jack up their storage fees. Very frustrating as I am trying to deal with insurance and get my car repaired. This is a shady business. If you can, avoid using the emergency towing services the authorities call in, otherwise you may get stuck with these guys, and have your vehicle towed by a reputable wrecker. Now I know!

We sold our 2016 Tiffin Allegro Red 33AA to Murphy's RV in May, 2026 at a good price for us…read more Kevin, the owner, was extremely generous in that he allowed us to stay on Murphy's lot, plugged in for 5 days while we transferred our belongings from the RV into a U-Haul truck for our trip back to Colorado. Kevin was amazingly helpful in our transition from full time RV'ers to RV-less (we do have a place in Colorado). If I had another RV to sell I'd look him up. You can't go wrong with the personalized service, support and warmth that we experienced at Murphy's. I'd recommend Murphy's RVs to anyone interested or currently involved in RVing.
