Reported suspension noise in right front, they found LEFT FRONT ball joints bad, replaced them but did not verify the noise before or after, it was not fixed. 2. Replaced headlights but did not adjust aim, Cameron said they cannot adjust the headlights. Turns out that they can but failed miserably. 3. Had radiator replaced and they left the air intake duct completely loose and inoperative, forgot to replace the fasteners. Obvious once the hood was opened. The front desk doesn't really understand automotive issues. They have one mechanic that diagnoses EVERYTHING and then hands the car off to another mechanic for repair but no one checks the work. They made up explanations that they don't understand. No concept that this is unacceptable. They have a C+ rating with BBB. I recommend NOT taking your vehicle there.

I am in the area for business and I…read morenoticed my left front tire kept running low on air so I contacted this business and I spoke to Joe who I found out later was the owner and I explained what was going on and he told me to bring it in and I asked would he have enough time to get to it being later in the day and he said he would get it right in for me. It was only an hour before they were closing. I arrived and the very minute he greeted me he asked me for my keys, I thought to look at the tire and thar I might be waiting for a little bit, but I was wrong. He grabbed my keys and he brought it right in the bay just like he said he would. They not only fixed my tire. They checked all the other tires pressure and filled my windshield washer fluid and checked my oil as well, which was also concerning and they topped off my oil for me as well. I just barely got my oil changed a couple months ago from Take 5. I will never go there again , my oil level was dangerously low. Joe and his team helped me tremendously from what could've been a major problem in 2 different areas of my car and could have left me stranded 4 hours away from my home, so I am SO grateful that I across this business. I usually schedule our service with Roger (co-owner) but he was not working when I called to have a tire looked at. After looking at the tire Mike told me that it could not be patched and needed to be replaced. Of course he put the fear of God in me when I said that I wasn't prepared to replace the tire and asked to just add air to it, he said that I could have a blowout any second. After some discussion, I reluctantly agreed to purchasing 2 new tires. I had recently purchased all 4 Michelin tires from Seaside and asked if they would offer an adjustment for the replacement. Mike said "Did I cause you to get the nail in it?" I also asked if he would apply a loyalty discount because I had previously received that, he said NO! So, he had to order the tires and told me that it would be ready the next afternoon. When I returned to pick up and pay the $550+ I told him that I would not be back because of his ugly attitude. He said "Well, you were asking for everything free!" This is EXACTLY why I said that he is a LIAR...the word free never came out of my mouth, which makes me fully believe that he can't be trusted.

Yesterday, they worked on my tire for at least a half an hour, I thought they were going to hit me with at least $100 bill. Tim says to me, how does 20 sound, a price like that how can you not get them a decent tip. I now live in Palm Bay, and it is well worth the trip over to Tim's because they are so honest and reasonable.
