Jared was very accommodating, genuine, and caring throughout the entire process. His communication with me was exceptional from day one and until the completion of the job, which by the way took some time due to the scope of work. The crew did everything in their power to minimally affect our daily life... They cleaned up after themselves each day and even hooked up my washer and dryer daily which needed to be removed while they worked in the laundry room area. They completed the project in a timely manner and their work was of high standard. The cost of this major project was reasonable and the company stuck to the quoted price. I highly recommend the company for any concrete repair needs. The crew was awesome!

Jared Smith came to evaluate what could be done and immediately had some great ideas ! He installed curtain drains and regraded some areas on the property as there were hills adding to the problem. It has been 4 months and we have had many periods of heavy rain and the problem has been solved! My basement is also dry! I highly recommend Jared for any job you may have. I called at 7 PM to leave a message and that night one of their reps called me back to talk about a schedule and to see if this was an emergency because they didn't want to leave us hanging. I got a call first thing this morning about when they can arrive and what my thoughts were and they were super transparent on the price. Sidenote, in the last six years their price has also not gone up for septic pumping which I think is important with inflation and everything going on. Overall- really great service. Super responsible. Will continue to use!

Taking no responsibility for the fact they didn't do the job properly the first time. Absolute waste of money. Don't recommend they'll mess your stuff up so you have to pay them to fix it.
