They were timely with answering my calls and were honest about pricing for the jobs. We had nothing but good things to say about Wolcott Sanitation. No more spillage of septic waste The only gripe I had recently was their voicemail inbox was filled this year when I called. They called back rather quickly but I had already booked with someone else. Besides that, if your a Wolcott resident, dont hesitate to use them. Very good service and pricing all seemed fair.

The first time, they were out to talk to us about where the septic should be placed and the size of it, the rep that they sent out was super knowledgeable. The second time was routine maintenance and this week we called because our washer drain was overflowing back into the house. I called at 7 PM to leave a message and that night one of their reps called me back to talk about a schedule and to see if this was an emergency because they didn't want to leave us hanging. I got a call first thing this morning about when they can arrive and what my thoughts were and they were super transparent on the price. Sidenote, in the last six years their price has also not gone up for septic pumping which I think is important with inflation and everything going on. Overall- really great service. Super responsible. Will continue to use!

When I called back and asked of they had checked the lines for blockage they told me to get a plumber (they had not checked for blockage as they should have, which was confirmed by plumber). When I called back to tell them what had been said the girl got really rude and said they would have to pump again and that they would charge again. Taking no responsibility for the fact they didn't do the job properly the first time. Absolute waste of money. Don't recommend they'll mess your stuff up so you have to pay them to fix it.

Sal took the extra time to find the source of the leak instead of just drilling a huge hole in our ceiling too which would have been easier for him to do but more costly for us to repair. Sal also called in a favor and had someone in our home late that same night helping to dry out our walls and ceiling and helping us onto the next stage of repair! Martin was here prompt at noon, showed him the locations and he went straight to it. One of these tanks was a nightmare to get the covers off. He really worked to get this done. Not an easy task at all. Hosed down the tank and cleared a blockage. Martin was the nicest guy, very friendly and hard working. Overall, Koseski was a great company to work with. I will be using them moving forward and recommend them the everyone with no hesitation.
