Friendly to the point that it's not hard to tell that they love their job and who they work for. Speaking of management, I've seen owner, Greg working hard and getting dirty almost every day. To me, seeing the owner physically work just as hard as everyone else definitely earns major points in my book. But... Behind every great man is a great woman... I had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Mary who also runs the business and she was the nicest and most thankful person ever. She even had her dog Sadie there. Sadie was a cutie and so sweet. With that said, I have a puppy and unfortunately she urinated on my couch. I did everything to try to clean the cushion. I even spent $250 on a Bissell carpet/ upholstery cleaner. I used many cleaners, including oxy and pet urine specific ones. But nothing worked because the urine was deep inside the cushion. Luckily, I brought my cushion to Carpet Fresh and they literally saved me from buying a new couch. I don't know what their process is, but I do know they injected the cushion in combination with a few other cleaning methods. When I picked up my cushion, it had a pretty heavy citrus scent, but luckily it went away after a few days. So between my cushion no longer smelling like urine and their survice not costing an arm and a leg, I couldn't be happier. Lastly, when I dropped of my cushion, I dealt with Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He is a great representation of what the company is about. I'm very thankful that I gave Citrus Fresh a chance and I will not hesitate to contact them for all my future carpet/ upholstery and other cleaning needs.

I was okay paying the $50: but when I brought the runner and they filled out the paperwork and measured the runner, They then told me it was a $100 minimum. At no time on phone or when I first arrived was I told there was a minimum fee charged. It was like you are here now, and we can charge what we want, not what was quoted. I was shocked and very disappointed with the bait and switch. You need to be forthright, not underhanded like you were being. They also told me if I brought in a full size rug, they could clean my runner for the $50 at the same time. So they wanted me to pay for another rug(over $300) and the runner. Very crappy and sketchy customer service.
