Bait and switch Called about a runner that needed cleaning,…read moregave measurements I thought were correct, turned out it was 9 Ft x 2.5 not 12, but they quoted 50 bucks($2 a foot). I was okay paying the $50: but when I brought the runner and they filled out the paperwork and measured the runner, They then told me it was a $100 minimum. At no time on phone or when I first arrived was I told there was a minimum fee charged. It was like you are here now, and we can charge what we want, not what was quoted. I was shocked and very disappointed with the bait and switch. You need to be forthright, not underhanded like you were being. They also told me if I brought in a full size rug, they could clean my runner for the $50 at the same time. So they wanted me to pay for another rug(over $300) and the runner. Very crappy and sketchy customer service.

The technicians get there and they change my quote to $400 after I had been told I could do the two bedrooms that I had planned and cushions on my couch. After going round and round with the owner, she was not Willing to work with me after one of her schedulers had quoted me a certain price. I am very disappointed in the unwillingness to keep one's word on a quote and in essence bait and switch. I do not recommend this company.
