Unlike many vendors who stop caring after the initial installation, Excellence Awning answered right away and came out promptly to assess the issue. They were honest, efficient, and solutions-oriented. Instead of pushing an unnecessary full replacement, they clearly explained my options, either replacing just one panel of the awning or choosing to replace the entire awning and recommended the most cost-effective solution. That level of transparency is rare. On top of that, they even helped fix a switch issue related to a GFI outlet while they were there, which went above and beyond what I expected.
