Recently, the fabric was damaged due to extremely high winds. When I reached out to them again, what truly stood out was their responsiveness. Unlike many vendors who stop caring after the initial installation, Excellence Awning answered right away and came out promptly to assess the issue. They were honest, efficient, and solutions-oriented. Instead of pushing an unnecessary full replacement, they clearly explained my options, either replacing just one panel of the awning or choosing to replace the entire awning and recommended the most cost-effective solution. That level of transparency is rare. On top of that, they even helped fix a switch issue related to a GFI outlet while they were there, which went above and beyond what I expected. Charlie helped me fill out my HOA application form and it went extremely smooth. He explained the entire process from HOA approval to permit and inspection and the time expected to finish the process. I was a little worried because they had to dig up some existing paver to set the posts and foundations, but after they were done it was as if the pavers were never distributed. Charlie and his crew did an awesome job cleaning up after as well. More than happy with Custom Outdoor Creations and would highly recommend them.

They were always on time and provided professional work. Ryan who is the owner of the company shows up and takes precision measurements. The business is licensed, and the build was permitted with the county. Anthony came out for a quote and after discussing some options we agreed on a design. We were able to get what we wanted with only two footers; most others quoted 3-4 which really blocked the view from the sliding glass door. the color options were standard, and we were happy with the quality of metal. The final product was completed in 4-6 weeks with a combo full and half lattice. Beautiful patio cover that will provide us shade for years to come. I bought a premium Apollo Double French retractable screen system back in November 2025. I recently…read morehad new doors installed , so I hired their distributor, Apollo , to take down and reinstall the doors.The tech who came out, Will Smith, was professional and totally upfront with me. He told me that both of my screens had ripped at the bottom because the original installer Apollo sent me in November (Jacob) didn't cut the bottom track at a 45-degree angle like he was supposed to. This mistake caused the mesh to catch and tear on the sharp metal. Will did a great job fixing the screens and cutting the metal frames down to fit the new opening, and we shook hands on a $600 total payment. The problem is Apollo's corporate office. When I reached out to them to ask for a partial refund to cover the mesh repair caused by their first guy's bad install, they were completely unhelpful. Jacob the original installer, is no longer in business and Will Smith is now the installer. They sent my emails straight to spam, gave me the runaround, and finally claimed they couldn't help because they "aren't a franchise" and claimed they had no record of me, despite my original receipt explicitly saying "Apollo LLC."It is really disappointing that a luxury brand refuses to take responsibility when a technician they personally referred messes up an installation. Will Smith did a great job fixing the issue, but Apollo Corporate does not stand behind their product or their customers. If you want a high-end retractable screen with actual customer service, you may be better off looking at Phantom Screens or Mirage instead. Apollo will claim that they aren't responsible for their installers, but they directly referred me to Jacob who didn't install correctly, so who is at fault? A premium brand should back the workmanship of the professionals they assign to represent them.
