Today January 4th around 9:03pm i went to return two Blueberry/Raspberry vapes that were defect/ purchased yesterday January 3rd, it is funny that an employee was walking out closing the door , i went close by with my car i asked to return and get new ones since i have no smoke for the night, he said come tomorrow i have to go somewhere , thats what i call totally say 0 Customer Service very unprofessional guy, they are 4 people that work there different shifts don't know their names but best people as i know them outside shop too, but this guy has 0 Customer Service , this is not Japan to close on time or you can but you are by the door so make customers happy I won't return the defects ones i will not shop there anymore until an apology All the best read more

I've been going to this shop for 13 years. they changed owners to the new crew of people and they suck. immature, rude to customer's, don't pay attention always on the phone, will say anything to get you to buy something even if its BS. bought a vape there the guy had no idea what he was saying about the product at all. they also say they open at 9 am and then they put a sign in the door that says they will be back in 15 min that usually sits in the door for 3 hours so they actually open at noon. they defiantly over price there products. Only pay in cash at this place and make sure you haggle every time you go there!!! they have a descent selection of things but be vary careful of what your buying at this store. they should fire everyone and get new staff that know the products and have customer service skills. they need to up there game for real when it comes to being professional at there job. read more

They sold me a vape battery and did not give me a receipt. I charged the vape and it would not work with multiple cartridges. I went back to exchange it and the person working fought with me about whether or not it works. They did nothing to replace their defective product when they would get the credit back from the company where is I am on a limited income and they wouldn't swap a $10 battery. They were extremely unhelpful even after I help them out with something else. Will never return to this store. read more

I have been buying hookah products worth atleast atleast $100-$150 a month since last couple years. All of my friends also go there since September 2015. Till date I didn't have any issues. They gave me good deal on every product(charcoal, tobacco flavors, hoses) Since December 2017 I'm dealing with some really really MEAN, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO BUSINESS ETHICS kind of people. Specially this really short guy with glasses. He doesn't give any deal. He will knock of $1-$2 and brag about it like he just gave you a million dollars. Then he blames his coworkers that "They gave you wrong price. I would never give in that price. Blah blah" First of all learn business. You don't tell customer that you won't give this price. He gave you wrong price. If really that was the case then why didn't you just shut up that day as the other guy was checking me out not you. Anyways long story short WORSE experience since last couple of times. Forget about any deals or discounts. Rude, Unprofessional, guy who doesn't know business. Buyer beware of any recommendations from this place. I bought my first hookah for a trip I was going on. Needed all the essentials like charcoal Shisha foil etc. I ask the 2 guys there what's good for charcoal I am going on this trip and explain my situation. He recommends and sells this cheap garbage charcoal saying it's good stuff. I get to my trip in another country and the charcoal takes over 15 min to burn and doesn't stay burning. Also Ashs down the street is cheaper. read more
