The staff REFUSED TO READ THE AUTH. They had to go back to the VA which took months. Diagnostics are preauthorized. The staff refused to look for it and in the end got several letters telling them it was preauthorized. This was early OCTOBER! End result, I did not get the MRI until Feb or March! WTF! So their being lazy denied me care for five to six months. The Dr. requested PRT plasma rich therapy. It was aproved. AWESOME! Again their staff didn't have it, I had to download my records and send it to them and call the VA to resend it. No problem right? WRONG! I can hardly walk by then and its only gotten worse now. The Dr only gives me steroid injections that no longer work. Whats the point? Last visit, I say good news, and ask, "So what is the treatment plan?" \ She begins ranting, when I bring up the PRT, "The VA authorized it, but they won't pay it...they won't pay what its worth." WTF? You have an auth and a contract. She now says, "Amniotic therapy is what I want to do, but you have to pay for it. Because the VA won't!" WTF! She had an auth that was aproved and now she doesn't want to do it and wants to do something that is not and that insurance won't cover to be paid under the table. That is highly questionable. I again ask, "What is the treatment plan." Again she rants, "I ordered braces and that which you will have to pay for....thats the plan." To date there have been no requests for braces and no request for additional care. At the conclusion of that apt, I ask, "So how long before a followup" she replies, "As needed" that is not an answer. Since steroids no longer work and there are no requests for braces or other care. So she is doing unethical practices in my book. Buyer Beware! I have reported them to the inspector general and they are now very interested.

I contacted them repeatedly, and they lied to me, claiming they had sent it to the insurance company, but it turned out they hadn't. When I finally contacted the doctor in person, he revealed he didn't know what type of surgery I had undergone. This was ridiculous, as he had received a report from the hospital. When I went to the clinic after my discharge, I gave Dr. Soliman copy of the hospital report. I am fed up with this clinic because of their lack of professionalism and the harm they are causing to my health and the health of their patients.

He takes his time to explain things and actually wants you to be involved with your care as well. They're even able to draw labs right in office which is so nice . The facility was clean and organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and excelled in their performance. The individual who handles the scheduling and calls is also equally kind and professional. Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. It's not a problem for me personally but it's something you should expect.

The first person I talked to when I tried joining this…read morepractice was a bit impatient and unhelpful when I tried asking logistical questions about signing up with my PCP. Then she got my email address wrong when I tried to sign up for the patient portal. When I called back I spoke with Gwen, who was super friendly and helpful. She corrected the error right away. I arrived early for my first appointment and was taken in at a decent time but it took a while to actually see Dr. Virk. When I met him, he seemed very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. He seemed like he actually read through the thick patient intake packet I completed. He was warm and genial. He didn't seem to be in a huge rush to get me out of the door. I was pleased with my experience, and felt that the wait was worth it. When I got my lab work done, I messaged Dr. Virk but never received a response from him, only from his staff stating they had sent the message to him. When I tried to call, I left a callback number after a long wait and was never called back, though the automated message stated I was next in line. I left another message on the patient portal explaining this and my availability in trying to schedule an appointment. I did receive a call and voicemail the following morning. When I called back, I immediately received an answer and was able to schedule a phone visit within a few weeks. My previous doctor's office allowed people to schedule appointments online through their patient portal or via text, which I found helpful. I do wish this was the case with this office. I also wish I could see after visit care instructions and information on the patient portal, as I can be forgetful with verbal instructions and would like to be able to refer back on the specific directions my doctor has given. Overall, I like this office, but having a more modern way of scheduling appointments and accessing my health data would make it 5 stars.

FIVE long years prior to coming to Dr. Yost, I was told I would need full knee replacement in one…read moreof my knees, but the Ortho Dr told me to wait 5 years because then I would qualify for medicare and medicare would pay for most of the surgery. In the mean time, my other knee declined more than the original knee. I ended up putting more pressure on the good knee. Anyway, I was fully prepared (as well as can be expected) to get a full knee replacement in both knees and I went to Dr. Yost because a good friend of mine who is an RN & on her feet a lot had great success with Dr. Yost doing a full knee replacement. To my GREAT surprise, Dr. Yost said I didn't need knee replacement! I just needed my torn meniscus repaired in both knees. So after a few short months with great physical therapy at Prime Therapeutics on Arlington, I am back to 100%. I would highly reccomend Dr. Yost to anyone. He did say eventually one of my knees may need replacement because it was missing cartilage, but not right now.

Horrible service, don't waste your time! They were so nice…read morethe first time I called, answered all my questions and made me feel really at ease. Then again the second time I called it was to make an appointment for my 3 children who were being transferred to him due to their last doctor no longer taking our insurance. Once again the lady was so nice, made an appointment for all 3 of my kids, but that I needed to make it for 11 days out because my insurance said 5-10 business days out for the switch to take place. She stated that she didn't have any available for the end of the week, only for Monday. I told her that would be 9 business days, and they said it is usually only 5, so 9 should be fine. I told her that I would need some paperwork filled out for 2 of my kids, she said no problem. I was trying to make a physical for them because they are past due for their physicals. They did let me know that because they are new patients, they would first need to do a new patient visit, and because if the paperwork I was requesting for the doctor to fill out, they could not do both. I told her I understand and the paperwork is priority at this moment. She told me to come in 15 mins before the appointment to fill out the appropriate paperwork. I am dyslexic and it takes me a little longer to fill out paperwork, so I stated that because I'm dyslexic and I don't want to hold up the appointment, or cause any issues, can I please come get the paperwork before the appointment, so I don't cause any issues if it takes me longer to fill out (I first asked for them to email me or to do them online, they didn't do either). When I went in, they were rude when I asked for the paperwork, stating that they may not be able to fill out the paperwork work, that I could drop it off, and they could have it done in 2 weeks! And then proceeded to tell me that they only make up to 2 appointments for the same family in one day and they were already being nice by letting all 3 be seen (this was not at all mentioned to me when making the appointments). Then the Friday before my appointment, they call me telling me that my insurance didn't update 2 of my 3 yet, and that they needed to cancel my appointment for those 2 children. I told them look I have been trying to get my kids seen for months, please don't cancel the appointments I will call my insurance now, and call you right back. She said that they were closing early today, and that I only had 10 minutes. I said I won't be able to call insurance and then you back in 10 mins, so please don't cancel I'll call them and make sure it is fixed by Monday, she said no they are already canceling the appointments and there was nothing I could do. But I need this paperwork filled out, and Luckily the kid who could be seen is the one that needs the new school paperwork (and one other thing) filled out, so I keep the appointment for her. Today I get here and (I told them on the phone that she has 2 insurances) after driving 40 mins (no traffic) to get here she states that one of my insurances is showing inactive, I ask if I can hold off on paying the co pay, and that if the other insurance doesn't I have no problem paying, they said they couldn't do that. Ok, can I please just get a copy of my receipt that I paid $40, and a copy of todays visit notes so I can submit to the secondary insurance? No because one is inactive they won't even see me today! My primary insurance is active and they refused. Now I am down to 2 weeks before this papery is due, it will take me another 10 business days to try and switch doctors, and I can't even get my children seen. I asked to please talk to the doctor, because I hate leaving a bad review for a doctor when it is because of the office, and they asked the doctor to speak to me, and he refused. I will never return, they seemed so nice at first, until you go through all the work to be with them, and then they don't care. Horrible service, don't waste your time!
