So the Mr had to have a foot procedure and he was referred here. The office staff are friendly and the office is very nice. Let's talk about the doctor. My husband couldn't stop giving her good reviews. On his follow up appointment I went with him and was just as impressed. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She takes her time and answers any questions you might have. Oh and let's not talk about her breakdown of medication. If you need a foot doctor this is the one, there's a reason she has five stars.

Dr. Amin is a rockstar. Amazing bedside manner.

Dr. Amin saved my a$$ today... err, I mean my foot. I injured it last night, found her on yelp this morning, got a same day appointment, and came in. They just moved into their new office and it was gorgeous and clean. They have implemented COVID controls consisting of social distancing, face masks, signage, constant sanitization, etc. The front desk was super friendly and helpful-- she even helped me disinfect my credit card and hands after checking in with their tablet. Something great about this office is how they use a digital process for intake paperwork. I freaking hate filling out paper forms and their process was super easy. Dr. Amin has fantastic bedside manner and I really appreciated her care. She even let me take a photo of her wrapping my foot. LOL! On my way out, the front desk helped open the door for me which was super sweet since I was awkwardly ambling around on crutches.

The facilities were great in the back. Clean, professional well taken care of. Let's get into the results. A few of my family had many things done which I will post pictures soon of before and after. I can't stress enough Dr.Sedrak was so accommodating and professional that we all felt at home! I appreciate what he's done for everyone and what he's brought to not only to my family but the community. LIFE BACK! Stands for its name.

From the moment I contacted Life Back Medical, I knew that there was something special and unique about the bariatric group. The front office staff were so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They accommodated me with a Saturday consultation. I met with the surgical team, and they patiently answered all of my questions. I felt as though I was more than just another case or a medical record number. They explained the tests, the surgery, and my expected recovery. I literally could not believe that my surgery would be completed on an outpatient basis. Dr. Sedrak, OMG...he knows his craft. He was so kind and I felt very comfortable with him. He created an environment wherein I felt comfortable sharing my weight loss challenges and my health issues. Not only did he share his knowledge and expertise... but it was reassuring to know that he also had revision surgery. It quickly became crystal clear that I had found my surgeon. The surgery was very affordable. I loved the fact that Dr. Sedrak did his own testing, and I wasn't referred out for testing. Moving forward to my surgery day. Quite naturally, I was afraid. I was praying that I would be okay. My husband cried when he dropped me off. As soon as i walked in, everyone was so nice and comforting. I had my own nurse. She took care of me before and after the surgery. I met with the surgical team and Dr. Sedrak. They eased my fears and assured me that I would be okay. Dr. Sedrak, I really thank you with all of my heart....my recovery was nothing short of amazing. Hardly any discomfort. I was on 5 anxiety medications and two high blood pressure meds prior to surgery. I started my prep at 268 pounds. I was 243 pounds on my 9/3/22 surgery day. I'm currently 168 pounds. I'm down from a size 26 to a size 12. I've had no complications. I walk 2 to 4 miles on the weekends. And I'm off all meds. No more anxiety, and my blo9d pressure is normal. My shortness of breath and body pain are gone. I've gone from being a homebody because I didn't want anyone to see how huge I was to feeling and looking absolutely beautiful. I got my life back at Life Back Medical and you can get your life back too. I get so many compliments. And everyone wants to know what I did to lose so much weight....and so fast. Please consider Dr Sedrak and his team...they truely are the best in the industry. They will take great care of you. I thank God, Dr. Sedrak;and his team

The staff is extremely friendly and their patient care is top notch!! The anesthesiologist comes in before surgery to explain the risks. There is a very nice comfortable waiting room you can wait in for the duration of the surgery. I didn't wait long (maybe about an hour), and then the surgeon notified me that the surgery went well. The whole process was surprisingly quick! We were in and out within 3 hours. In the evening, the surgeon called me to ask how Maui was doing. Very good service and compassionate care!! I didn't get the clerks name as I was anxious and really into my head since this was my first time having a procedure, but she was very pleasant. I started to calm down as Megan the preop nurse took me back and was very thorough with explaining everything. Kevin the intraop nurse helped me forget what was going on by talking to me about the NBA Championships(I'm rooting for the Pacers, but not mad if Thunder takes it). Thank you Kevin. The recovery nurse, Marissa was very comforting after the procedure. Her discharge education was clear. Appreciate that. Thank you to the Anesthesiologist, Dr. Nguyen. I was most nervous about that as I have never been put under. After speaking with him, my nerves were pretty much gone. A final thank you to Dr. Tam. I really appreciate your bedside manner. Everything felt smooth and efficient.

My problems are (1) with management; and (2) with one surgeon. I now have one good surgeon…read more 1. This office is poorly managed. I regularly spend 15 minutes on hold. I often hang up in disgust. While waiting to have surgery on my leg, I noticed the floor was dirty. So they've got all this equipment that is sterile, but there is dirt, like pieces that come off one-use surgical equipment, on the floor. When I mentioned this to the ultrasound tech, she said that the floor is never mopped between surgeries. 2. I had my gall bladder removed by a Dr. Tran. This was because I had some gall stones and was told that once the gall bladder makes some, it will make more, so the only solution was to remove the gall bladder. But after the surgery, I continued to have problems. I wound up staying at Corona Regional 3 days. Why? Dr. Tran left the gall stones behind after the operation. This gave me pancreatitis and elevated liver enzyme levels. When I tried to discuss this with Lisa, the manager, she wouldn't return my calls. I finally went to Mission Surgical and waited until someone could point her out and that she was free. I showed her the hospital work. In the end, all she would say was that, under those circumstances patients were referred to some other specialist to remove the stones! No way would they take responsibility for bad surgical technique. The only reason I went back to Mission Surgical is that my podiatrist insisted one of their surgeons is excellent. I recommend you avoid Mission Surgical unless you know your surgeon is trustworthy because its a bit of a crapshoot and management sucks.
