We provided her the address and she came just like she said she would, we did the whole tour, agreed on the price and then set a schedule for the actual cleaning. Today, Cecilia and her expert cleaning team at Arguelles Housecleaning came on the scheduled time to clean the home. These armies of amazing ladies got straight to work and cleaned the house from top to bottom. It took them some time but that's what we wanted since we wanted to make sure that the house is clean. We have a toddler and an infant that will be living in the home and we wanted to make sure that everything is wiped down and dusted and mopped, and vacuumed, and just clean! They did exactly that! Even more so, they also asked for our approval when they were done. They asked us to double check their work to make sure we were satisfied with the work. and if we needed anything, they told us to just let them know. Cecilia and her team went above and beyond to make sure that we have a clean home before they went on their way. Cecilia offers her services in the area and she also offers cleaning services for maintenance as well, IE, every month, quarter, etc., not just for move-in and move-out. There is a 2 hour minimum, so Katie let me know that it would take her about 45 minutes- an hour to complete the master bathroom, but she can also clean something else. We decided that she would also do the downstairs guest bathroom. She was very open to all my questions and even gave me techniques and tips on maintaining a clean home. There was no judgement and I felt very comfortable with her in the home. She did a great job and the bathroom looks great. This was a two day project, I helped as much as I could with pulling trash out of the home and providing cold water to the ladies, all of whom were very nice and professional, and did a great job. My home afterward looks completely different, I wish that my grandmother was still alive to see it, but I know that she is smiling at us from above seeing the great job that Sabrina and J did cleaning up her home. I booked this company after they quoted me $350 for a deep clean, including the windows. Based on that quote, I canceled another cleaner who was going to do the job for $400. The cleaners arrived two hours late. After seeing the house, they told me the job would actually cost $550 and then attempted to charge even more for each window, despite the original quote already including $160 for the windows. They even told me that the kitchen alone would cost $350 and the bathroom alone would be $170. They ultimately left because they said the home required more work than they had originally quoted. To their credit, they did call afterward, apologized for the misquote, and promptly refunded my deposit, which I appreciated. That said, the situation was still very frustrating because I had already sent photos of the space, canceled another cleaner based on their quote, and had guests coming to stay with me. If the pricing had been communicated accurately from the beginning, I would have kept my original cleaner instead of being left without anyone to clean my house at the last minute. My dad missed work waiting for them so I had to pay him to do the job.

Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I also appreciated that Jazmin was super helpful in answering a question after the cleaning was done as well.
