She was in and out within 5 minutes and I was told to massage my lips myself (a good injector does this to place the filler where it should be.. not leave it up to the customer). By the end of the consult Dr Igor was upset with me that I didnt immediately accept and pay for a treatment. I wasnt sure if I wanted to do it that day since I was not told that I would be doing a treatment, just a consult. So I hesitated and he became angry. He told me how his time is so valuable being a doctor and he could have been walking on the boardwalk. He then told me if I came back I would need to pay for a package of treatments in advance instead of paying for each treatment as I got it. He wanted to charge me $180 for one lip and chin treatment and acted like this was a good deal. Well I found an American plastic surgeon, impressive schooling and resume, only 45 minutes from here who put out a promotion to introduce his patients to laser hair removal that lets me get 6 treatments on lip/chin for $129. So goodbye Dr Igor. Oh and by the way the "med spa" is a podiatrist office with a room that has a laser machine in it. It is hot and uncomfortable and very unappealing.
