So I wrote a letter requesting a refund and no response. Took my husband to a licensed Dermatologist, they removed the bump and sent it off for a boopsiy to make sure it isn't skin cancer. I did not even have a copay, insurance covered entire visit and biopsy. On her page she only accepts happy experiences not anything negative. Terrible experience!!!!!
