I thought I would get a second opinion and called Precision Garage Door because they have replaced my door in the past and helped me with an older garage door system. Carlos Jordan came out and in five minutes fixed my problem. I stood there shocked. I was preparing myself for him to try to sell me a new system or tell me that I needed hundreds of dollars worth of repairs. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.
