I love a good Goodwill location. This one is fairly close to me and I am in the Pembroke Pines area often so I try to stop by when I can. I usually only go straight to the book section so I can't really speak for the rest of the store other than how organized this location is all in all. I pass by the home goods and small furniture section to get to the books and they seem to get new stuff in often. I'm so happy that this Pembroke Pines location decided to DOUBLE their book selection since the last time I was here. They don't have too many good books the few times I've been here before. This time around, I found 3 wellness books I wanted and was stoked about it. Especially at $1.99 per book for hardcovers!!! Score. Book prices are usually $0.99 for softcovers and $1.99 for hardcovers. But pending on the book, this price may change. Some cookbooks can be more. I do donate to this location often so it's my go to spot for donations. You can swing around the back of the store to drop off items. read more

An extremely well maintained store with a good assortment of lightly used inventory. Each aisle height is chest level which allows easy visual identification of each section which were clearly labeled. Each time I pass by one of these stores I check them out in hopes to find a hidden gem for a great price. Found an early edition hardback book of the life of the Rock for a measly two bucks. Very clean with a crisp cover issue with only on page slightly damaged. The merch sections included purses, electronics, clothing, records, furniture and houseware. read more

I just dropped off a clothing donation and I always head in to look around a bit. They always have a great selection of glassware. I collect glass items that are older and unique. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great spot to find a deal. read more

This Goodwill is honestly one of the best ones that I have gone through. When it comes to the variety of clothing and other items this one always has a wide range of them. The layout is very easy to understand with everything on the right side being women's and everything on the left side being men. In the back is where they sell books, movies, DVDs and even vinyl records. They even sell different kitchen appliances and house where that people have donated. The best part is everything is clean before it is put on the Shelf and racks however I can never be too safe so I always we clean anything I get. The prices are always good because it is a Goodwill and while many people shop here for items they need day today I am usually coming here 4 items I need for costumes or other clothing accessories that I can customize. The staff is friendly however sometimes there is a bit of a difficult language barrier and it makes shopping here a little bit tricky once in awhile. Other than that it is a nice place to check out if you are ever in dire need of cheap clothing or accessories for if you are looking for accessories the customized for costumes or what have you! read more

I had to write this review as soon as possible after exiting the store. This Goodwill is very clean and has a reasonable amount of merchandise on the racks. There isn't much in the books and music department and the furniture department is also lacking. Two of the biggest downers were that none of the clothing has price tags on it. They just have those colored plastic attachment that usually have a label attached to it. So you don't really know the price until you get up to the cash register. It would be a lot more helpful if they had some signage to indicate what each color tag's price point is instead of having a general vague sign on the rack that says "shorts four dollars and up". Also, there is no indication as to which color is half off other than the one sign on the front door. The second part of this and my second point is that no one in the store seems to speak English. So you can't get a clear idea as to how much something cost or where to find something unless you speak Spanish. I don't mean that to sound racist, it's just a fact. I asked the attendant of the fitting room, a lady stocking the racks with jeans, and the cashier how much the items were that I was purchasing. no one can give me a straight answer. How do I know that the price the cashier gives me is the true price instead of her just making up a price and seeing if I'll negotiate it down? Granted it's the Goodwill and you're still probably going to get a decent price, but it's nice to know before you get a surprise at the cash register & have to put something back. read more

When I walked into this Goodwill I was really amazed. Everything was spotless. The lighting was great and the selections were endless. I walked out with perfectly new tops from Jones of Ny, and many other Anne Kline, Chico's and many quality brands. It's Goodwill so you have to search but everything is so well organized. Definitely not going back. I take a load of clothes to examine for torn cloth or other defects. The older lady in charge of the dressing room asked me if I was going to buy them all. I said no, but I will put them back in the cloth rack. I did. She then started harassing me following me in the store. I was browsing and she kept asking if that was my pile. whether or not, that's not the issue. I grew tired of her insolence. I told her the way she was treating customers was not acceptable. I thought it was only an isolated incident. Went back, the same lady kept following me. Customer service is not their Forte. These employees need to be trained how to treat the customers. If everybody put everything back, there would be no need for them. I told the manager about the incident. Curiously, she stood silent but did not say anything. No, I will not go back. There are plenty of other stores with nicer people working for them. read more

Okay store except they like to destroy the merchandise with black Magic Marker and then when you wash it it runs into the garment and ruins it. #2 the 24 by 24 tiles were installed incorrectly. So there's a large amount of lippage and if you're walking on anything but rubber soles you can trip because it's so uneven. They obviously didn't use the proper clips or installation recommendations for large format tiles and this is a huge liability. Other than that store is clean and looking forward to them doing $0.99 days like the rest of the other stores. It be great if they hired more English-speaking people. read more

They are ruining clothing by writing the price on the fabric. I've shopped GW all over the country and this is the first time I've seen this method of pricing. This is a very nice store. To bad they are ruining their merchandise. This is a bad model. I don't recommend this store. read more

I don't know how people shop for clothes there as they don't organize sizes. They just throw all sizes together. However they have signs with sizes, which makes no sense. Except for dresses, there's no sizes at all for them. All types are all lumped together, like 5 separate rows of them. The lady told me they go by color but thats bull. Although some are there are plenty not even fixed by color either.. They seem very lazy to just expect customers to look through everything without sizing markers. Especially the dresses. What a mess. Had to leave. The first time there the salesgirl seemed surprised they weren't organized by size. Never again. There was one in SouthWest Miami that was wonderful organized & I got a lot of stuff there. read more

Honestly a really great Goodwill. I've found very expensive items here from great brands for cheap. I always find shoes, and purses. They have an extremely wide variety of jeans and womens clothing! I wish they'd attempt to sell those fake Louis Vuitton bags that have, that would be great. (Its a very ugly model) read more

Terrible people working here. I was waiting in line to pay at the only register open when the manager came to the other register, beside me, signed into the register, then proceeded to ring up a kid who had walked up behind me. She then looked at me. At this point I was very ticked off, I facetiously said no, I will wait some more. She locked the register and left. Gave them another chance, found a pair of jeans on the rack marked $5, went to the register, noone there, waited for a few minutes, then the woman working there came out of the clothes rack next to me, and motioned me to to the register. She said $7.42. I said the rack is marked $5 for all jeans. She said the jeans are marked $7, attempting to show me a tag inside the waistband. I bought an identical pair of jeans at this store two weeks earlier and paid $5-just like the posted price says-and told her that. She said they are marked $7. I left ticked off. read more

This Goodwill has great merchandise when it finally comes out of the back room but that only occurs every hour and a half to two hours. At approximately 3 p.m. they brought out three carts of merchandise and it is now 7:30 p.m. and the same three carts are sitting here with nothing put away and no new merchandise coming out.
