First of all tire price was awesome. Andre and his coworker were very attentive to my car needs, recommended me some services got them done in a very timely manner, and it was all cheaper than going to my typical car dealership as well as cheaper than going to Costco. When I initially scheduled the appointment it was set for a later time, but I called again and they definitely welcomed walk-ins so I really like that they were able to work with me because otherwise I would've just been sat outside with my car chilling. I really like the customer service I like the attitude I like the ambience. I called American tire depot if they have the right tire for me which was a run flat and most companies don't have it on the spot but they did. Stay awake from this place!!!!!!!! The first review I wrote was great when I bought a set of tires from them from a different manager. Well, I had my rims refinished recently and I started to notice a 1lb per 24hr leak on the front drivers side. I kept putting air in it for week until I decided to take it to the best shop in town. Boy was that a mistake. I walked in and I spoke with the manager Steve and he said it's probably the valve stem. After about 30min he comes in and said I triple checked it and no leaks. He say I had him replace the valve stem no charge. Great! Then. He go in his office and the tech came in and said your all good, your valve stem was a little loose so I torqued it down properly. I thought well which is it? You replaced it like Steve said or you torqued down my loose one. Well it still leaked. So I took it to my shop MCM in Rancho and he said hey "J" come here and check this out. He said it's your valve stem. He sprayed soapy water on it and it bubbled like crazy. He took off the valve stem and it had a tiny amount of residue from the respray keeping it from sealing 100%. This "tire" shop said it was resolved and check triple for leaks. Steve said I wanna go out and check it personally. Well Steve and tech I little soapy water goes a long way. My guy diagnosed it in 10 secs and fixed in 15 mins. How can two tire specialists not fix a simple VERY OBVIOUS leak and locate it. Because it was free of charge? I'd of rather you charged me and do it right with customer confidence. We'll I'm currently looking for a new front set of tires be this time it won't be from here sad to say. Clean shop, close to home, but confidence level 0% read more
