They are good and fast and give me my old K & N air filter so I can clean it and reuse it later. They are the best deal for those who dont want to climb under the car and get all greasy. read more

They made so many mistakes, especially with messing with the mileage of my car. They also treated me very badly, and had the rudest service ever. They are 100% cheats I went in with my own parts and they verbally told me 60$ with all my own. I said ok I'll be back and came in another day. Then they started ringing me up for the oil and I thought oh this must be like 20$ more or something no they charged me 90$ for the best oil in the world as the manager was describing it. I'm only upset cause they weren't up front about the prices so I feel swindled. They could've told me before hand how much the oil was gonna be, especially with the coat that all new cars only take this expensive ass oil. I'll never go back again for-sure. Don't count on that 15 min sign outside their establishment. If you want to wait an hour + in the car this is your place. After an hour of waiting, it took another 15 -20 min for an oil change. Since I pulled up, there was only 4 cars total in all the garage doors. bald dude working (seems like the manager) was Unprofessional and disrespectful, straight trash attitude. I stopped by for an oil change on my 2022 Dodge 1500 and one of the managers of the shop, Jaun guided me into the garage and introduced himself. He was very respectful and professional! He was constantly moving, whether it was taking my payment or coordinating with the workers below the truck. I got in and out of there in about 10-20 minutes and was able to relax while this chore finally got taken care of, and it barely took any time out of my day! Don't come to jiffy lube for a brake service . They tried ripping me off saying the brakes on the rear will be 600 to 800$ in labor and parts I needed 2 rotors and rear brakes done on my bmw 3 series I call up auto zone each rotor cost 92$ add that up is 180 to 190$ depending on tax the brakes alone cost 45$ for the rear so what's the rest of the amount ? 190 plus 45 is around 245$ not including labor so labor would be around 500$ is what your telling me ? That's crazy over charging trying to rip people off I could only imagine the older couples that go in to jiffy lube not knowing what the parts actually cost do not come here for brake services ever read more

Pretty bummed out that the "mechanic" failed to tell me that HE broke the clips to my air intake housing. He asked me at first if I changed the filters on my own and I replied that "no, you guys did it for me last oil change" then he just said "oh yea that's what I thought". Also my car has dual intakes so he broke one side that caused it not to close properly. And the second side had no clips broken but was just force to the clip not properly sealing the bottom part leaving a big gap. It sucks because I would take all my cars here. Trusted these guys! If he would've just told me "hey bro, I broke your clips. Check it out. It could've been age or whatever that caused it" I honestly wouldn't have been upset. But to NOT tell me..... and on top of that NOT close them properly. That's just straight up CARELESSNESS! I did NOT take my car back for them to fix. I don't trust them! I had to buy a new intake OEM housing for 175$ used! So thanks for that guys. read more

Brandon B. went above and beyond for me. Right off the bat he noticed my military tags and offered me a discount.
