James is a horrible customer service Representative. He pick and chooses who he helps or favor. I came in for a simple inspection and he tells me can I leave my car until the end of the day. I came in for a tire repair, but ultimately James had to break the news to me that i needed replacement. I was super honest with him and told him i don't have the funds, thanked him for checking, and was preparing to leave until he pointed out a non credit check option to try. i tried and was approved. then came the worst part, talking numbers. again, i'm broke as a joke and driving on hopes and prayers. So James, as the angel he is, helped me out as much as he reasonably could and got the numbers to a manageable zone for me. he had me set with all 4 tires (one for free, btw.) aligned and installed and out the door within exactly one hour. James is the actual best, i cannot thank him enough. Corporate; promote this man, recognize this man, pay this man. THATS customer service! They helped me to do the free tire repair and be very honest. They didn't say: oh, this tire must to be replaced, etc. Also, my car had issue with tire sensor which monitor the air pressure of tire. They gave me a good offer and I replaced entire of them. Very good experience in this store, highly recommended. read more

Today my appointment was scheduled at 0800 for a wheel alignment, customer service representative behind counter informed me that the technician will not arrive until 900 and if he would a known that a appointment was at 0800 he would have not made. Technician finally took my car back at 0920. Problem I have we make appointment accordingly to our schedule and I live quite aways to come back. Tire Depot should have other technicians trained to do alignment to better serve customers. read more

It always takes at least two hours, but today it was over 3, last week I paid $400 for 2 tires, today I got a quote for $378 for two tires. I let them do the alignment only then got two new tires, same 75,000 mile warranty, $220 out the door, all the fees included. I was told all the fee's have to be itemized (balancing, weights, etc), but I only see that here. l left, got my two new tires elsewhere one flat price, in 26 minutes from pull up to pull off. They helped locate the cause for my vehicle's shaking at high speeds and were super accommodating.

I had a flat tire i was a little frustrated as they did not have my tire in stock and had to order it to arrive next day, but Terry was great gave me some options and pulled up my warranty from when I purchased my tires there a few months back, so I was able to get a brand new tire and I only paid $30 in fees for a brand new tire. read more

I would have gave it a 5 stars because they did so well, fair pricing (cheaper than most) and great customer service (shout out to James and Bryan). Plus, I'm a regular customer. The 3 stars is because it was hot seating in the lobby for 3 hours. The 2 air conditioners in the lobby didn't work well at all. I literally had to sit where the holes were facing to survive the heat. Other than that, I recommend service with them read more

I came in to get my tire patched and as soon as we walked in, James immediately helped us out and had them check our car fast which was awesome ! Got the car serviced quick and easy no hassle and made it comfortable during the transition! We appreciate his service will definitely be coming back, such awesome work!
