Worst experience I've ever had with a tire service. Before I even got a word in he said it would be 30 minutes. After waiting I finally walked up and asked how much for the tire. I was there a week earlier and paid $30 for a used tire and this other employee in a cowboys hat said it would be $55 because it was their last one. Don't waste your time there. read more

Quick and friendly service. Getting a tire patch takes only a few minutes. Unlike the big box places. Since I drive so much i rarely purchase new tires so I occasionally get a used tire here, and what they charge for a tire that is less then 10-15% used the price is just right. Came here about 1 year ago and they had good service and reasonable prices. Just came back a couple days ago to get my tires rotated and they were very informative and let me know that I needed new tires and everyone knows when you go to a repair shop you always have to be aware your not being sold on BS just to have you spend money, that's definitely not the case here. I was given a good price on new tires and at the same time they were able to replace my alternator which I knew was going bad. This is definitely a one stop shop, I was so pleased I took my other car back today and was able to get all 4 tires replaced at a good price. I have never felt compelled to go out of my way to post a negative review somewhere but, I feel that I should save other people from experiencing what I had by going to this establishment. I went to buy a used tire from this place, being that they were the closest tire store to me at the time. I didn't think anything of it at first until I noticed the tire they gave me had a nail in it and the next day it was completely FLAT! After coming back for an exchange, they said the nail was fine and blamed it on my rim. I told them, I never had a leak from my old tires before coming here. The guy who changed my tire and OWNER laughed at me! Then said, I will be coming back for the same problem. Not to mention, they did not exchange my tire because he cleaned my rim... Unbelievable. WORST customer service ever!! Do not come here for your tires. There are cheaper and BETTER places elsewhere. read more

I had a leak in one of my tires so I was calling around the tire shops in quartz hill to see which one would be the cheapest lol because all it was, was a leak! So I called tire express, I think they did it for like $15 Budget tires was telling me they would have to do some tests and take the wheel off to see how much it would cost, which I didn't like the fact that I would go in, not knowing. I called Quartz Hill tires and they told me straight up $10 which, IMO is still a little expensive. I remember getting them for like $7-$8 before but whatever. It's just down the street. I got there and it wasn't busy which is good cause no waiting! They did what they had to do and I guess they found out my tire was leaking through the rims. They fixed it and then I was on my way! A couple of weeks later, it seemed like my tire was losing air again. I took it back and they said they would fix it for free, which was really cool, but I could tell I needed to replace my rear tires really bad. I asked them how much it would be for two (I have 16" on a Mustang) and they showed me some tires. Two used tires for $65, I thought it was fair because the tires were in GREAT condition! They put them on for me and I've been using them since with no problems! They don't have a warranty or anything on them but if you ended up getting a flat or something, I'm sure they'd hook it up. FYI BRING CASH. THERE IS A $2 DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION FEE. Just so you guys knows. Anyway, it's a pretty good little tire shop, i'll be coming around next time I need some more tire stuff! read more

I've been coming here for years. The last time I was there the receptionist told me to come back in two hours because they were busy. When I went back she took someone Who had arrived there after me first, and then rudely asked me what I wanted. When I told her, I had been here earlier and she asked me to come back, I told her what I needed she tells me I could wait about an hour but they may not take me because they were closing in 30 minutes. Absolutely great ending out in under 10 minutes I got two brand-new almost brand-new Michelin tires got them balanced installed and out the door for less than 70 bucks I was quoted 252 220 and 160 at other places so I would highly recommend coming here saving money and saving time read more

Will not ever come here again. Don't expect any of your questions to be answered by the guy doing your tires. He will blow you off. They will put all random tires on your vehicle and not even bother to give you a heads up. Unfortunately I had to purchase used tires for right now. I asked for different sizes to make it work and he looked at me and nodded. I don't think he understood English which is ok he could have let me know so I can speak with someone who does.
